5//21 start: +1 lbs. Will start being mindful of what I'm eating, log each day, drink 60 oz water, walk at least 8K steps.
5/22: logging for 2 days. Every bite. Staying within my goal for calories. Did ok with water today, didn't walk much (5.5K steps). Pouring outside so had to get what I could inside.
5/23: down 3.3 lbs since Monday am. Logging every bite, staying within my calorie goal. It's 5 pm and I only have 3.5K steps. Need to go for a walk. Not doing well with water either. Will see what I can pull off before the end if the day! Update: went for a walk and got in a good any of water. Unfortunately drinking tons of water: later in the day =up all night. Nonetheless, I met my goals! Yay!
5/24: down 4.2 lbs now. Got my steps, logged every bite. Water is good too. Wanted something sweet so got Halotop. Meh. Prob too much fake sugar today12 -

5/21 -- 184.0 In one more pound I'll hit the 20lbs mark. Still plenty of miles to go, but it will feel good to pass that marker. I'm starting to feel some difference in my clothes though I don't see any in the mirror yet.
5/22 -- 183.2 Very close to my lowest weight since 2013 (180). Once I pass that I'll feel like I'm making real progress.
5/23 -- 182.8 I've just passed the 20 pounds mark -- onwards to 30!
5/24 -- 183.8 I've been perfectly on plan so I'm not stressing this. I have noticed, though, that all of my rounds seem to fall into the same pattern -- big drop in the first half then struggle to hold on to it in the second. I wonder if this is some sort of natural cycle.
5/25 -- 182.6 Evening out again. This is why I weigh every day; if a once a week weigh in caught one of these natural fluctuations I'd probably throw in the towel and eat a whole tub of ice cream.

5/22 - 63.9kg (-0.9kg) - I don't know what happened there but I am not complaining! My guess is water weight dropping off after a low carb and low sodium day yesterday. I'm taking it as a win though! Back to my SW from R35 and readjusting my goal for this round.
5/23 - 63.4kg (-0.5kg) - Stuck to my calories and went for a long walk with a friend yesterday. I'm dubious about this number and expecting my period soon so won't be changing my goal again for this round.
5/24 - 63.1kg (-0.3kg) - I was oh so hungry yesterday and ate at maintenance but it was all "good" food. I also managed to recognise and avoid stress/boredom eating so I'm chalking it up as a win! Learnt my lesson and didn't skip breakfast this morning to avoid the same hunger today.
5/25 - 63.0kg (-0.1kg) - Looks like I'll have to work hard for this last 200g! Day off today and have prepped and pre-logged my lunch and snacks to avoid grazing all day. I think I need a padlock on my fridge sometimes!

5/18 306.4 (-0.6) (Coming on 11 days on keto based diet. Doing well, staying focused, getting past "bread" desires -- mostly. Still a struggle and I didn't realize how much carbs constituted my daily caloric intake. Breaking old habits in favor of new habits.)

5/20 No weigh in (Spent the last two days in the great outdoors camping with my seven year old and his Cub Scout Pack. Great weather, lots of opportunity for exercise, ate well and burned off calories. We'll see if I'm rewarded on the scale tomorrow morning)

Not nearly as exciting as a snickers but kept me on track. Holiday weekend upcoming -- family parties, Indy 500, more food challenges but I'm prepared more than I was a few weeks back.)

5/18: 170.2; Went over my calorie goal with high carb foods but did try to make smart choices throughout the day and drank lots of water. Glad I didn’t gain.
5/19 169.4; drank lots of water yesterday but went over my calories with high carb food and beer (yay Friday) I had a little more self control than last weekend though!
5/20 170.6; I went to Zumba yesterday morning! I also ate a bag sandwich for lunch and chipotle with chips for dinner and didn’t even get 64oz of water in. I need to do better on the weekends food wise.
5/21 170.8; stayed under my calorie limit but didn’t drink all my water. I think I gain the water weight 2 days after poor eating choices. My new weekend goal is to just maintain. Which means less junk on Friday and Saturday nights.
5/22 168.8; stayed close to my calorie goal yesterday, and was VERY hydrated. If you stick to the plan the water weight will come off... eventually! Lol goal for the rest of the week is to have some self control and stay around the 168s.
5/23 169.6; stayed in my calorie limit, drank lots of water, and did T25 yesterday. I did eat pizza and chips for lunch and it’s probably water weight from the sugar and carbs from 2 days ago.

5/19 - 79.8kg. I did well today and no late night snacking last night! Under my calories goal for today.
5/20 - 79.6kg. Had a late night snack last night. 70 cal ice block. Then went to bed to prevent more snacking. Have stayed on track today!
5/21 - 79.4kg. Average day today, switching to night shift so slept a lot but did eat some bad snacks at work overnight.
5/22 - 78.9. Possibly 2 days of loss into one because of my schedule switch for work weight was taken at 8pm after waking up for night shift. Terrible day food wise though. Ate entirely junk food and pizza at 8.30pm. Ugh.
5/23 - 78.9. Happy with no gain after pizza yesterday! Under my calorie goal today.

5/19 202.1 I love graphing my weight loss. I don’t plot my trend line for weight loss. I just plot my actual weight for each morning. I’ve had 10 days of weight loss in a row on my scale. Based on the past several weeks of my graph, I’m expecting a few days of my weight leveling off before it begins that downward slope again. Guess I’ll see if that happens this time. Woke up to another rainy day here in NJ. Walking in my yard is like walking on a wet sponge. All you do is squish.

5/18 - 161.6 - Over my steps goal, over my water goal but then ate perogies for a late dinner. Cooked them different so not covered in butter and was still within calories so I hope to not see an increase the next couple days. A good start to this round and hoping to finally see the 150s.
5/19 - 161.2 - Moving in the right direction. Busy evening yesterday mulching but finally that was the last that needed done. Had a very late dinner of a delicious burger and had a couple mixed drinks so I won't be surprised to see an increase in the next couple days. Also I wrote up my post yesterday but never actually posted it but I'm definitely in for this round.
5/20 - 162.2 - Ok with this as I know exactly why I'm up. Had a great weekend but it's time to get back on track.
5/21- 160.6 - Hoping to hop off this roller coaster and settle back down into a more steadier rythm but happy with today's number. Going to try my best to keep it around and then continue to bring it down.
5/22 - 158.8 - Doing the happy dance this morning! Whoo! Please, please, please stick around now.
5/23 - 157.8 - Can it be real? Continuing my happy dance. My food, water and exercise has been on point this round and it's showing. If this continues I'll be at my mini goal of 155 before June 15th (my goal date, also our 5 year anniversary) and it'll be the best anniversary gift I could have given myself. So excited.
5/24 - 159.0 - Late dinner with high sodium, not good. Eye lids a little swollen so I know I'm holding onto water. After eating dinner, I asked my husband, "why do we eat this?" His response was "because it's quick and easy." And while we need quick and easy dinners every now and again because our evenings can get crazy busy, I'll be scratching this item off our future grocery lists and plan for better quick and easy dinners that don't make me feel like crap the next day. Water will be my best friend today.
5/25 - 159.6 - No exercise yesterday, a slice of pizza and a second helping of noodles, I deserve this number. Will get back on track today though and make this weekend my friend instead of my enemy. I might not end at my goal but I'll be pleased with anything under 160.

05/18--178.8 I woke up feeling 'puffy' and groggy today, and I have a headache. The scale reflects how I feel. Not a great start to this round but I'll try to make up for it this weekend.
05/19--TOM snuck up on me, so I'm avoiding the scale for a few days! That explains how I felt yesterday. Went to Pilates this morning and tracking my calories; I tend to want to binge eat this time of the month so I have to be extra vigilant. Was going to get some landscaping done but it's too cold outside today--hopefully tomorrow!
05/20 (Birthday)--Skipping the scale today. Last night we went to dinner to celebrate my birthday and we also bought a bunch of shrubs and plants to start filling in our bare front yard. The sun is shining and I can't wait to get out there and get things in the ground!

05/22--179.4 OMG you guys. I was soooooooo hungry last night. I ate WAY over my calories. Still, I'm hoping most of this is just water retention. I am noticing a pattern; I went back and looked and the last time I really felt like bingeing was right after TOM. I love that these challenges have helped me identify patterns so I can start trying to be better prepared.

5/23 - I am back from vacation and have some work to do. First time on the scale in a week. 195lbs this morning.
5/24 – 193lbs – ate good, drank plenty, initial drop could just be less food in the belly!
5/25 – 192lbs – strange that I feel skinnier then the day I weighed in at 185. I need to look at all the info my scale gives me. Its possible I gained some muscle mass back during maintenance. ill probably gain 10 pounds for using the word skinnier in reference to myself.

5/18 - 228.0 - Here we go... My numbers have been slowly but steadily going down but I'm hoping a daily accountability challenge will help too! It's just ten days right... I can FOCUS for 10 days!
5/19 - 227.4 - Yesterday was a great "on track" day... Even with multiple distractions and temptations!
5/20 - 226.6 - phew... Was not looking forward to stepping on the scale...was NOT a good diet food day but I tried to make good choices. I know I didn't drink enough water, but I got to spend the day with my son so we treated ourselves and ate out at our favorite restaurant... Lots and lots of walking while shopping and trying on clothes helped eat up some of those calories I splurged on! Goal for today stay on track and DRINK WATER!
5/21 - 225.8 - I can't believe I'm .2 lbs away from 20lbs lost since I started in March! Yesterday was a good day... On track and not to many temptations... Today will be a different. Must. Have. FOCUS!
5/22 - 226.6 - well that's not as bad as I expected since I spent the evening at a vineyard/brewery. On to today!
5/23 -225.8 - was a rough day. I was exhausted by concentrating on sticking to the plan and not eating everything in sight. But it paid off.
5/24 - 226.8 - ugh... Talk about bouncing up and down... Went to a party last night, lots of good food, and a few drinks guess that's what I should have expected.

18: 205.5... Somehow, I managed to miss up my days and thought today was the end of R40 rather than the first day of this round. Oops. This is a great start to R41 though!
19: 203.9... Wow is the only word I have right now. Charging through to onederland!
20: 203.4...I feel like my morning Matcha is helping this process more than I expected. I started drinking it because it tastes good and looked into the health benefits after. Now I'm bulletproofing it, which is even better. Some days I have to "make" myself eat more before I go into fasting hours because I hadn't been hungry enough to get to 1400 calories. Dark chocolate with coconut oil is my new savior on those days and my new favorite sweet when I otherwise would have eaten something loaded with carbs.

23: 202.2... I started using Prime My Body Hemp oil about a week ago for overall health. Due to this rapid loss, I decided yesterday to research if CBD oil promotes weight loss. Sure enough, it does! I guess the combo I'm doing now with Bulletproof Matcha, CBD, IF and HFLC is perfect for me! At this rate, maybe I will hit onederland sooner than I anticipated!
24: 201.8... We had a potluck for my daughter's soccer team last night. I didn't log anything, but it looks like I did a good job eating intuitively. I leave for Denver tomorrow, so I won't be weighing in Saturday through Tuesday. I'm planning to keep on point with my food and water. I'd love to come home and see another drop on the scale, but I'll be happy if a can just maintain where I'm at. I won't have my Bulletproof Matcha, but I can easily bring some help oil along and stick to my IF schedule. I imagine I'll be getting lots of movement in too, so that'll help.

5/18 – 157.4 I like this drop from the end of Round 40! Here’s hoping I can maintain it or decrease it over the remainder of this round.
5/19 – 157.8 Carb heavy day yesterday and for the next couple of days so I won’t be too worried about the scales for a bit. I’ll just make sure I stay within my calorie range for those days and drink lots of water.
5/20 – 158.2 Expected. So many carbs, so much sodium!
5/21 – 157.6 Cut back on the carbs and sodium yesterday. I also started T25. My legs are a bit sore!
5/22 – 157.6 Holding steady! Today a friend is buying me dinner. I know what I should have, but I also know what I’m going to have and it’ll put me a bit over my calorie range. Bring on the carbs!
5/23 – 157.6 After the day I had yesterday, I’m a little surprised the scale didn’t move up. I’ll take it!
5/24 – 157.4 Even a small loss is welcome.
5/25 – 157.2 The weather has been nice here the last couple of days so I’m going to risk a hike at the local park. Here’s hoping the mud I don’t end up covered in mud.

I started this challenge at round 27, at 227.8. I ended round 38 at 194. That is a 33 pound loss! I love this challenge! It goes against everything I USED to believe about weighing in daily, and has taught me to really listen to my body, not get discouraged by small set backs, and to celebrate the small victories!
Round 41 SW 189.2 My goal is keep moving down and stay in the 180's and to finally get to the 40 pound mark!

Didn't weigh in this morning.Yesterday was the 1st day in a month that I ate normally.I was still.with in 1200 but this is frightening bc I know my history,if I am not rigid then the weight goes up.All.this effort for only a few lbs.But am still focused yeah!
Going to water aerobics now & will be preparing food for tomorrows picnic.Now that will be a challenge.Usually when I cook I don't feel like eating so fingers crossed5 -

5/23. Same. really,hard to believe that it isn't down swam & was under calories ,water ok...but As long as that emotional "I can do this" button is pushed on I stay motivated but hope tomorrow I get a negative on the scale.I have such a long way to go.5
