    Still need some more cardio and some core strength for the progress pics but it's good to move in the right direction again! The true test is this long holiday weekend! :| With 4 weeks left, 2 lbs/week, I am on target... how about y'all?

    @ShowingProgress, good job! I have 3lbs to goal, but currently doing the water dance up and down each increment of 199.

    4/25 - 208.4 - Had a BIG drop today, was holding steady around 210 until this morning.
    5/2 - 206.2
    5/9 - 204.4 - A last minute trip to Florida 6/7 is my motivation now!
    5/16 - 204.6 - The honeymoon period has worn off and my weight loss is slowing down. I went up to 206.8 over the weekend and have just come back down to the 204.6 - I maintained around 205.2 for a few days. It was a good week that I really enjoyed with lots of celebrations so I'm not sweating it too much.
    5/23 - 202.0 - Sick the past two days - expecting some fluctuations but hoping to keep the downward trend going as I recover.
    5/30 - 201.8 - I saw onederland for a day or two while I was sick - but I would rather my health than a number on the scale. Getting back into my good habits while still trying to fully recover! Sick for a full 7 days really takes a toll! I did however purchase a new bathingsuit for my upcoming trip yesterday. It was actually a pleasant eperience and I found something flattering and confidence boosting! Yay for lands end!

    June 21 Goal- Under 170 *Edit: realistically, I'm going to make my goal 10+ pounds down I think- 174.7. For me, losing 2.6 pounds for the rest of the month seems more attainable than 7.6. Will still be happy if I can lose more than 10 pounds during the challenge!

    My goal is 196. This morning I weighed in at 196.6. I'll see if it holds, drops or increases from my pal water retention. Yeah, I'm going to embrace her because she is ALWAYS hanging around. My official check in day is Wednesday.

    Now, that it's getting closer to the start of Summer, what about the 3 months heading to Fall? Summer is FULL of weight gain traps. Barbeques, birthday celebrations, weddings, anniversary celebrations, picnics, lots of iced tea, lemonade, other sugary drinks, snowballs, ice cream, etc. In my experience, even though there's plenty of physical activity going on, i.e., walking, biking running, swimming, sports, gardening, lawncare, the loose clothing that we wear is very deceiving. When Fall rolls in there's trouble fitting into your clothes. I enjoy the seasonal challenges, keeps me on point and the weekly weigh ins really give me a better overview of how I'm doing.

    6/6 - 199.0 - ONEDERLAND! First day seeing it after holding steady at 200.6 during TOM. Nonetheless I am so happy to see it! 1.5 lbs away from 15 lb goal!

    @tiabirdie56 I am all in for a summer to fall challenge! I feel like the one day at a time mentality of Just Give Me 10 Days coupled with a long term goal helps me so much!

    I actually surpassed my goal by .8 pounds two days ago, but water retention is CRAZY. One more week to go!

    Today, being the last challenge day, of course I had to weigh in very early. (195.4) A bit of water retention had my weight up and I was a little disappointed with that. BUT, I was not thinking about my goal actually being 196 lbs and I achieved that A WEEK AGO! So, WIN!
