    I kinda felt maxed out by this one. I wonder how the next one will go. 2 days of rest will be good!

    The first 15 felt horrible. The second 15 felt good. The last 15 I actually increased my speed.

    I forgot to post this yesterday. I actually did two runs, this one and one with my son. He asked me to do Week 2/Day 3 with him. My legs were so tired and achy at bedtime!

    Bravo!! Two runs a day!!
    Wether getting good here and I am doing week 5 day 1 today. Hope I do not hurt my shin again like the last run. It ached two hours after the run so had to give it some days rest.

    I had to quit halfway through Friday’s run as I waited too long in the day. It was so hot I ended up with a throbbing headache. But I started early this morning and made it all the way through the next run. I don’t have the speed and this the distance yet. After I finish this program I’m going to go back to 5K and work on increasing my speed.
