    I saw that but I'm deathly allergic to nuts, so I had to go with the fruit. ;-)

    The nuts come is a separate package. I believe you can simply not add them. Ask them to bring you one to examine before you choose should you want to try.

    Last Thursday, I did a workout that left me sore for 4 days- my butt and legs were wiped out! I put the workout back in my rotation yesterday and I'm only about half as sore and it should easy up pretty fast :smile:

    Ran my longest run today. 4.8 miles. Working my way up to that 10k. A year ago I couldn't run 1 full minute. Feeling pretty good about myself.

    My powerlifting meet went amazing! PRed all my lifts. 242.5 lbs (110 kgs) on squat. 170.9 lbs (77.5 kgs) on bench (no video). And broke state record with my deadlift, 385.8 lbs (180 kgs)! And I qualified for Nationals in October.
