I think being at home is tougher than being at the office in terms of food choices. Stayed on plan and for me 0.4 is a blip. I will be traveling for work this week and will need to be focused on good food choices.

I couldn't agree more. I find it much easier to stay on plan at work. While some days I get so busy I have to remind myself to eat, I'm not as prone to snacking as I am at home.

@cjsacto congrats on your goal, this is awesome!

@mlhopp93 and @efurlong8183 omg me too, at work somehow it's easier. Maybe because at work, I know it isn't expected to be "fun" lol.

I'm a retired teacher....and I heartily agree being home makes it a lot tougher to stay within calorie goals and avoid snacking. That's why I like days I have errands to do or things to do that get me out of the house and away from my kitchen and pantry. What's even harder for me....I have grandchildren. 12 of them. Ages 4 1/2 to college age. Plus 8 of them are boys ages 5 - 13. Very active boys. I always have food/snacks in the house because a day doesn't go by that one or a lot more of them are at our house. If it were just DH and myself, it would be a lot easier because he's not a snacker, except for maybe pretzels. It takes a lot of will-power on my part to make good healthy decisions on what and how much I'm going to eat every day.

Hi all. I posted yesterdays results stats, but only the top half of my posts appears. I tried again today and have the same issue. Can someone tell me how to resolve this? I'm not new to MFP but am fairly new to forums. I'm trying to post through the app. I'm never in front of a computer - other than at work.

Assuming I get a response, I'll need to learn how to find it. LOL :)

@rmk20togo, you need electrolytes. I'll post a link to a recipe for you.

Personally, I've never used a recipe. I make mine with salt, potassium, magnesium, no sweetener.

I think I've seen reference to using non-MFP emojis can make the posts cut off. I'm not sure, but if no one else answers, try getting rid of all emojis and see if that works!

@tiabirdie56 thanks for the link. I woke up exhausted, which is rare. I'm very much a morning person. I added some salt to my water this morning and it helped. I'll try the electrolyte drink.
