Finally hit 235 even though the last 2 weeks have been really rough. Terrible cold, insanely busy at work, skipping tracking, and holiday weekend eating and drinking.

I would like to join also I will get back to you with my current weight but I had a set back and I don’t want all the work I’ve done to be in vain. I say that I lost 10lbs of muscle and gained 20 lbs of fat. Lol So I am definitely in agreement with your goal!!0
