Starting Weight Jan 8th: 189lbs
Current Weight May 27th: 169lbs
Short term goal: 160lbs to 165lbs ish by June 22nd
Long term goal: 140lbs - 130lbs by Oct. 5th ish

I've been doing C25K and tracking my food intake for over three weeks and my scale hasn't budged at all. Trying not to be discouraged because I do see a change in how clothes fit me, so I know the inches are coming off. Why won't the scale budge?!?!0 -
