Please join us! Starting on 06/07 - 06/16, JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS, we will begin Round 43
Anyone can join us at anytime during the round.
Join us! If we stay mindful we can do this, you can do this.
Welcome back past members, welcome new members, let's keep each other accountable for another 10 days!
Here is what you do: Post your daily weight and add little comments along the way of how your day went. Post everyday to let us know how you're doing! Copy and paste the days in your response--tell us how much you lost and other non scale victories (NSV) you'd like to share.
FOR NEWBIES - I find it easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in my device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.

Been a crazy month - Missed the end of round 40 and the last two rounds! Been away three times, been lots of family events and never got round to weighing and logging! But so need to get back to this challenge – missed it and seeing everyone else's posts! Not expecting a massive rise on the scale but sure there will be a few extra pounds
Very busy 7 weeks ahead (3 weekends away for Cheerleading Competitions, weekend away for sons wedding, daughters, sons and granddaughters birthdays, friends wedding, my birthday) - its never ending and there's never a month where there isn't something happening but its not a reason - its an excuse! So I'm back to it with a new target of 135lb before my holiday at the start of August - so 8 weeks - which I'm sure is more than do-able - first weigh in on Thursday morning..... Cant wait to get back into it......

5/28 179.8// I ate and drank too much yesterday, this is 100% water weight which is fine. I’m off work today and have plenty of time to rehydrate and eat better.
