5/29 93.7kg (-1.1kg) I lost the kilo I gained between Sunday and Monday hahahaha. Walked 9000steps

6/02 92.8kg (-0.2kg) Had a good walked, walked less, only 6000 steps, but stayed strong and left the snacks in the cupboard!!
6/03 92.5kg (-0.3kg) I'm suprised! Went out for dinner (on my bike), made good choices but there was a whole lot of oil on my plate and I couldn't estimate and log all the kcal. Had a fair amount of steps 9.500. Hope to keep this flow going. I desperately want to get under the 90's!!

6/01 162.4 lbs puzzled why it happened even though I was under calories.
6/02 163.2 lbs. Might be high sodium food yesterday and surplus 200 calories. I ran after a long time but as obvious you can't outrun a surplus diet.

6/04 163 lbs no wonder! Had a family birthday party ate some cake,icecream and chicken, over by 250 calories and sodium bit high. Just want 1 lbs down this round, so today kept calories under and walked 14000 steps for damage control.

5/28: 181.2 Good to start the challenge with a drop.
5/29: 181.0 I'm still at the very beginning of this journey, but I'm starting to make actual progress. Finally seeing a difference in my mirror.
5/30: 180.6 Excited to think about breaking through 180 and get into the 170s for the first time since 2013.
5/31: 180.4 Slow and sure this round.
6/01: 180.4 I always seem to slow down coming up to a goal. Come on 179.x!!
6/02: 181.0 Huh. Hopefully this means that my body is gearing up for a whoosh.
6/03: 180.0 Goal, though it doesn't feel like it. I still really want that 179 number.
6/04: 179.8 Not expecting to see this number tomorrow -- my scales is enjoying messing with my head right now.

6/06: 179.2 That's how this round has been, a fight for every ounce off.
I reached my goal and passed it this round, but this round didn't *feel* like a success. I struggled for each tiny loss, and I slipped back so many times that each new number didn't feel like a win any more. Hope next round is more straightforward.11 -

5/31--135.... Got on scale rather than looking at my muscle/fat etc. And shocked myself cause 135-140lbs is my biggest-not being careful weight. As in I start feeling thick and stuffed. I thought I was around 130! Goodness me. I'm still surprised about it.

I feel like I'm gaining muscle and that's very much a plus, even though it means losing less weight. The idea is to feel fit in the end, so I'm definitely reaching that goal!11 -

5/29: 102.6kg/226.2lbs – I’m back from holiday and back at work, managed to lose a couple of pounds too which is a bonus. My goals for the holiday were to maintain marathon training and to make positive food choices, and I smashed both goals! Really happy and somewhat proud of myself although it is incredibly hard running in those heats! Lunches all prepped for the week and ready to roll!
5/30: 102.3kg/225.5lbs – I’m sat at work hungover. Eurrgh. Positive note my weight is still going down! Meals all prepped and today is a rest day for me so no running or gym.
5/31: 102.3kg/225.5lbs - No complaints from me, woke up at 6am hoping to go for a run however I still appear to be really tight from the gym on Tuesday. I’ll stretch out and try again this evening.
6/01: 101.5kg/223.8lbs – Destroyed myself in the gym last night and then decided to run 8km on the treadmill, I must really hate myself… Legs are so tight today, couple rest days would be nice but I’ll be back in the gym tonight.

6/03: 102.0kg/224.8lbs – Managed a 11km run, should have been 12 but my app was playing up.
6/04: 102.3kg/225.5lbs – Standard bit of yo-yoing, this will probably drop with a couple days of proper water intake.
6/05: 101.9kg/224.6lbs – Happy with this! Felt extremely low yesterday which led me to handing my notice in at work, shame it didn’t work out but I won’t compromise my happiness, even if that means finding another job. Eurgh. I did feel weirdly relieved afterwards though.. Onwards and downwards.
6/06: 102.4kg/225.7lbs – I did not need this today – I had a cheeky nandos last night and ice cream as I was feeling down but I did run that morning so I’m hoping this is sodium retention. Overall a loss of 1.1kg/2.4lbs but I’m greedy I wanted more!
Sidenote: this is probably the correct amount I should be losing per round, I’m just feeling moody.

5/28 - 63.6kg (-0.8kg) - I ate my body weight in sourdough on Saturday so the scale is showing a bit high. I am expecting a quick drop at the beginning of the round into the 62s then it should slow down a bit. Working towards getting back into the 61s this round where I haven't been since R36!
5/29 - 63.5kg (-0.1kg) - Hmmmmm. Guess that quick drop back to my weight last round that I was expecting decided to pass me by... TOM arrived as well which is perhaps playing a part.
5/30 - 63.4kg (-0.1kg) - C'mooooon. So slow.
5/31 - 63.2kg (-0.2kg) - Clearly consistency of my diet is shining though even when I had a pretty high carb day yesterday!

6/04 - 63.4kg (+0.2kg) - I've been oh so naughty! Not logging my food, not checking in here, eating whatever I wanted. But do you know what? Life is tough sometimes and I needed a break. More importantly, I'm back! Time to carry on
6/05 - 63.0 (-0.4kg) - I am trying to figure out what I did to deserve this loss. I finally got back to running yesterday and I can't believe how hard/good it was. I've lost a lot of my fitness and I have missed running so so much. Certainly not going to get to the outrageous goal I set for this round but I would love to get into the 62s tomorrow.
6/06 - 62.6kg (-0.4kg) - Hooray! I'm really happy with this loss, and even more so considering I had a bit of a hiatus this round. Down 1kg overall and 0.3kg on my average weight.

5/31 - 153lbs again I went over my calories yesterday. All healthy foods but i know I need to eat less. Going to the gym tonight so that will keep me on track.
6/01 - 152.3lbs yesterday was much better eating yesterday hopefully that's me back on track
6/02 -152.2lbs Yesterday was an ok day eating wise. Weekends are my worst days by far but hoping to stay in my cal allowance.

5/28: 170.6; cookouts and hanging out with friends from out of town put me way over my calories, but I enjoyed myself. Water weight will definitely be coming off this week! 170.0 after my I peed!
5/29: 170.6; I did Zumba and ate and drank well yesterday. It’s that time of the month so I’m holding lots of water. Looking for a big drop this weekend!
5/30 169.2; ran, went to Zumba, drank lots of water, and stayed well under my calorie limit yesterday. Feeling good this round.
5/31 170.2; Ran and did well yesterday morning and afternoon, buns and brews killed me in the evening. But it was worth it!
6/01 171.0; friends were in town and it’s still that TOM. I’ve been enjoying myself a little too much. Lol! Back on track this weekend.
6/02 170.8; ate out a lot yesterday and started moving. Going to do some intermittent fasting today and continue moving to a new apt. Let’s hope this goes well!
6/03 169.8; IF and moving went well. But I ate horribly for dinner. May see some gain in the next couple days

5/31 – 188lbs – I ate so much yesterday??? This must be from my not eating right the other day. When I say not right I mean not nearly enough
6/01 193lbs – how is a 5-pound swing possible. Was it the hamburger the other night? Or my only meal yesterday before oral surgery. Pizza hut buffet
6/02 – 191lbs – I was so worried last night that I gained more weight. Stepped on the scale and I was 200 even
6/03 – 195lbs – tooth pain gone. splurged and had giant burger with double meat.
6/04 – 193lbs – feeling a little chubby the last couple days.

5/28 - 170.5 - My daughter took me to a wine and painting party on Saturday night and we had the family over for a picnic yesterday and today. I enjoyed some food I hadn't had since last Summer and I really have no regrets. I stayed very mindful of the amounts I ate and although I went over my calories I know this is a little blip due to family. I did not over-indulge as I have done in the past. I'm sure it will show up in the next couple days, but I'm hoping I can end this round at 169.5 since I saw that number a couple times last round.
5/29 - 171 - I was expecting this, but I'm back on plan today and I hope I don't go up anymore this week.
5/30 - 169.5 - Well, there went the water weight from the past few days. I may bobble up and down the next couple days, but I'm happy to have hit this number this early in the round.
5/31 - 169 - This is nice, but due to some unexpected blood test results, my Dr. has taken me off the water pills that were prescribed a few years ago for my high blood pressure. It will be interesting to see how this will affect my weight. I'll just have to make sure to track my inches.
6/01 - 169 - I'm holding steady for now.
6/02 - 168.5 - Well, this was a surprise!
6/03 - 168 - Another surprise. Although I've been eating below my calories, the weight usually doesn't move down this quick. I'm expecting a bounce up tomorrow, but I'm glad to see this number.
6/04 - 168.5 - I'm very happy I've held to the 168's this long. Especially since I haven't been taking my water pill. We do have family coming in from out of town tonight to stay for a week. I'm just going to keep on tracking, both good and bad, and hopefully maintain this weight for the next 7 days.
6/05 - 168.5 - Family came in last night. They ordered carry out from a local iconic burger joint. I ate my homemade salad and snagged one of my grandson's leftover onion rings. It sure tasted good, but knowing I was going to be logging it in my diary stopped me from eating the other two. I ended the day with 300 calories to spare. Now I just have to get through the birthday celebration at work today and my lunch with a client.
6/06 - 168 - I'm so happy that I surpassed my goal for this round! Over the last 3 rounds I've lost a total of 6 lbs, which averages out to about a pound and a half a week. These challenges have shown me that weight loss, for me, does not happen as a straight downward line. In the past, I would have become frustrated at bouncing between the same weight for 5 days at a time. I would give up on my food tracking since in my mind, it didn't matter. This daily accountability and camaraderie between other weight watchers has made all the difference this time. On to round 43!10 -

5/28 - 159.4 - Horrible way to start this round. My meals weren't bad, no snacking, lots of yard work and a late evening walk after dinner. Water intake was good too. Hoping this is just a slight rise before a nice drop the next day or two. Lots of outside work to do again today and it's going to be hot, so I need to remember to keep drinking water.
5/29 - 158.6 - Usually I feel a yes! Or ehh or oh crap! when I step on the scale but this morning I really didn't feel anything. Yes I'm glad that it's gone back down and yes I'm still really want to lose the weight and I'm not giving up on my healthy habits I'm creating but there wasn't no excitement at the scale this morning. Looking in the mirror and seeing a difference is what I mostly get excited about and I haven't been seeing much change so I think the lose on the scale isn't meaning as much. Will be taking measurements again next week so hopefully it shows results so I can get excited again.
5/30 - 157.0 - Saw this number last round but knew it wasn't true, this time around it might be a little more accurate. Ate a healthy lunch, played a bunch of outdoor games with the kids and had a light dinner. I did have a cupcake though for my son's 5th grade promotion at his school but I logged it and I was still good with calories. Hoping this is a true number as I'm approaching my mini goal date. Also I'm not feeling so meh about the scale this morning, yesterday must just of been an off day.
5/31 - 157.0 - Well it stuck around this time but might see a slight increase in the next day or two as I ate a cookie and some ice cream for a "party" me and my daughter had yesterday for it being the last day of school and then some homemade pizza for dinner. Don't regret it though as we had fun and it made the day special for her. I'll get back on track today though and finish out this round strong.
6/01 - 157.0 - Happy with this, now to see a drop tomorrow.
6/02 - 158.0 - Not surprised by this, not enough water yesterday, took the kids to lunch at Applebee's and didn't eat dinner till about 10:00 last night. Also I'm weighing about a half hour later than normal. Soccer games this morning and a cookout at a friend's this evening.
6/03 - 158.8 - ??!! So frustrating
6/04 - 158.8 - (((sigh))) and I've been exercising and eating well.
6/05 - 157.0 - Back to where I was mid challenge. Just seeing this number again tomorrow will be a win for me this round and I'll work on my goal next round.
6/06 - 156.6 - I wish but I weighed in later today than I normally do (I have the day off so I took advantage and slept in) so will expect an increase in tomorrows weigh-in. A great number to see on the last day of the round though, makes it look like I achieved my goal and makes me want to work harder to actually achieve it next round. Bring on round 43!8
