Still a work in progress.

Almost 30lb lost this year (there’s 20lb difference between these two pics as I didn’t take a proper before pic). I’ve still got some distance to go with my body scale still putting me around 39% fat.

The difference here is 50 pounds but I’m down over 60 pounds so far. Some days I see a huge difference and other days not so much.

The first picture was taken on my 33rd birthday (Feb 2018) and the second is today.

Looking great I have the same start weight and am down to about 208, how are you doing it if you don’t mind me asking? Any routines etc?

Honestly, just tracking my calories. I am a teacher so summer break just started and I am keeping busy with my five year old but haven't had time to really work out. I drink a ton of water and believe it or not, 2 tbsp of ACV in an 8oz bottle of water in morning kills most of my sweet cravings for the day. I am also a pescitarian and have even started moving more towards vegetarian which I find makes to hard to cheat for some reason. I don't restrict what I can eat I just make sure it fits into my calories for the day.

Thanks! It was both. I had found out in February of 2017 that I have pre diabetes and my blood sugar was way out of control causing my weight gain. I also had high blood pressure. Glad to say that I have way better control of my sugar and have avoided meds so far, as well as being able to completely go off my BP meds
