Just got back from yoga class. Debating whether I want to actually cook dinner or just make sandwiches. Leaning toward the latter.

Have a laundry list of like 15 things to do today.

So far I ate McDonald’s and knocked one thing off the list. Plz send help.

    1. Assign each item on your list a consecutive number

    2. Use a random number generator online or the Rand function in excel to select one item at random for you to focus on

    3. Repeat until it selects the easiest task.

    3. Eat a large meal. You’ll need to be properly fueled.

    4. Drink a tasty beverage. Hydration is important for focus.

    6. Tell self that since it’s so easy, you may as well just tackle it later. Or tomorrow. Or next weekend.

    3. Throw list in trash

I just skipped to step 3. Threw it in the trash

Flew to Texas this morning to brief our SOP to a company we acquired/merged with...so right now I am reviewing our SOP. Why did I wait until 30 minutes before the meeting?

Or they're Chinese owned. Rented out and managed by American companies. Arizona ranks 3rd in the country in a predominantly foreign buyers market, at last look.

Aka attractive Employment Target Area for EB5 investors. They would buy homes north of $500K vs the average American buyer who could comfortably buy a home for $250K. They have to set up businesses and employ 10 Americans. Diversely different from the EB6 or the HB visas - rental market immigrants.
