    The Fat2Fit challenge / support group has been a great bonus to here for me the past month. I would encourage people to take a look and participate in both for support /accountability / motivation / just plain fun.     I would like to join also I will get back to you with my current weight but I had a set back and I don’t want all the work I’ve done to be in vain. I say that I lost 10lbs of muscle and gained 20 lbs of fat. Lol So I am definitely in agreement with your goal!!

    June 1st: 69 pounds lost

    September 1 goal: 90.0 pounds lost

    I've lost 4.4 pounds since joining. I could land a plane on this plateau.

    May 1st: 163.4 (keeping with the Mondays for the whole time, but will post actual [Month] 1st number too
    May 7th: 163.6
    May 14th: 162.3
    May 21st: 161.3
    May 28th 161.3 (went down nicely through the week, but a 6 hour difference between weigh-in time on the weekend vs this morning shows the usual artificial Monday rise. Still ... look at that difference since April 1!)

    I'm up for accountability buddies! I'm only on day 2 of my 'diet' but I've tried losing weight loads in the past and have never gotten past week 2. Hoping this time it will stick. Anyone is welcome to add or message me :) feeling more motivated this time.

    The June registration page for The Fat2Fit challenge / support group is still open until the end of today. (It re-opens ahead of the beginning of each month). It has been a great bonus to here for me the past month. Take a look and consider participating in both for support /accountability / motivation / just plain fun.     Once registered, there is even an option to ask for a Buddy (someone also currently at a similar in terms of goals / challenges / preferred exercise strategy but who isn't on your team). Or link up via your fitbit or other techno-fit gizmo if you happen to own one and side challenges of that sort appeal to you.
