Or they're Chinese owned. Rented out and managed by American companies. Arizona ranks 3rd in the country in a predominantly foreign buyers market, at last look.

Aka attractive Employment Target Area for EB5 investors. They would buy homes north of $500K vs the average American buyer who could comfortably buy a home for $250K. They have to set up businesses and employ 10 Americans. Diversely different from the EB6 or the HB visas - rental market immigrants.1 -

Styling our Mum for an upcoming alma mater reunion. Their 70th reunion.
Hair - definitely blonde with copper lowlights (?) possibly for a sunny and light look, in a sea of dense and dark layerings of base tones.
[We have to minimise the print for it's so HUGE and is in the aqua/turquoise family of colours]. That walking-tent design will not do! Where to put the grotesque print?! It's loud - for all the wrong reasons - widening ... AND Mum's petite and curvy. It has to be structured and neutralised from mid-torso up with light flow of ease to the bottom gown.1 -
Just flagged a post for the first time. It was a spammer.3
