Brain fog sucks

Cardio is all well but for nearly a year have had awful brain fog bottomless pit days that suck more then cancer
Concentration shot
Energy poor
Memory terrible cohesion gone
Mood appalling
So elimated milk yogurt dairy sugars salt in safe zones
Drink enough water and take hydration pills
It’s not adrenal fatigue as it goes next day these symptoms
So many things tried to cure it can’t take caffeinated *kitten* as to sensitive so energy drinks out
It’s so hard ploughing through its always like this can’t have the good endorphins without the crash next day

Diet is fresh organic protein ie rice veg

Are you getting enough sleep?
How old are you?
What time of day are you training?

Brain fog can possibly be caused by 1) a sensitivity to gluten, 2) fats in your diet being too low, 3) dehydration, or 4) your electrolytes being off (so eliminating salt may aggravate the problem rather than helping it).

When you see your doctor about this, make sure to ask for a thyroid panel if it's not brought up in the discussion.1 -

I'd actually back it up before we get to macros and ask a.) how much do you have to lose and b.) how many calories are you eating?2

Have you had blood tests for any vitamin deficiencies? I had massive brain fog when I had a major Vit D deficiency, and there are other deficiencies that could also cause BF. But also get hormonal levels checked, as has been suggested. Even if you're taking a medication, that doesn't necessarily mean your levels are in the normal range.0

Only a week but diet hasn’t changed prior eat same thing daily pretty much to get to 2400 calories goal0
