    07/06 20 (80) feels like I may have a small tear in my shoulder

    Push Up Challenge June 2018
    06/06 - 6 wide full and 2 narrow on knees
    07/06 - 6 wide full and 2 narrow on knees
    08/06 - as above lol. Hopefully more tomorrow!
    09/06 - 6 wide and 2 narrow full (yay!) 2 narrow knees
    10/06 - didn't do, had a full on upper body strength workout, and I forgot to do pushup till AFTER my triceps were burned out haha
    11/06 - 8 wide, 1 narrow full, 2 narrow knees! Yay progress
    12/06 - didnt do, sick.

    13/06 - 9 wide and 4 narrow full, 2 narrow on knees (woo hoo)
    14/06 - As above
    15/06 - 10 wide 4 narrow full, 4 narrow on knees
    16/06 - 10 wide, 7 narrow full (yay!), 7 narrow on knees

    09/06 2.8km swim no pushups today
    10/06 20/15/14/13 = 62 yay making progress!
    11/06 2.7km swim
    12/06 20/16/14/14 = 64 full pushups

    13/06 23/14/15/15 = 67 full + gym workout
    14/06 3.5km run
    15/06 2.6km swim
    16/06 2.5km swim + 4km walk

    08/06 18/12/10/10 = 50 + 2.4km swim
    09/06 2.8km swim no pushups today
    10/06 20/15/14/13 = 62 yay making progress!

    So I was off for a little bit due to having visitors (and not a minute to myself) and also stress and lack of planningand preparation. But back to my healthy normal nlw!

    6/15 : 20 knee-bench push ups
    6/16 : rest day from arm exercises
    6/17 : another rest day from arm exercises
    6/18 : 8 knee push ups (I’ve decided to not to the bench ones anymore.)

    My arms are definitely the weakest part of my body. I guess the better question is, am I suppose to do them daily?

    That's the idea though nothing wrong with rest days. I'll probably have one tomorrow cause I did so many push ups today with my workouts
