06/06 - 6 wide full and 2 narrow on knees
07/06 - 6 wide full and 2 narrow on knees
08/06 - as above lol. Hopefully more tomorrow!
09/06 - 6 wide and 2 narrow full (yay!) 2 narrow knees
10/06 - didn't do, had a full on upper body strength workout, and I forgot to do pushup till AFTER my triceps were burned out haha
11/06 - 8 wide, 1 narrow full, 2 narrow knees! Yay progress
12/06 - didnt do, sick.
13/06 - 9 wide and 4 narrow full, 2 narrow on knees (woo hoo)
14/06 - As above
15/06 - 10 wide 4 narrow full, 4 narrow on knees
16/06 - 10 wide, 7 narrow full (yay!), 7 narrow on knees

That's the idea though nothing wrong with rest days. I'll probably have one tomorrow cause I did so many push ups today with my workouts0 -
