My numbers are down a wee bit this week due to mostly old injuries flaring up and hampering me but I also have a new development. Looks like I have a pint of water on my knee. It's not really painful but my knee gets week after a while of being on it. This getting old crap ain't for the weak at heart.
Work has also been really busy with a crap ton of conference calls, which means I sit at my desk for several hours at a time listening to people that can't come to an agreement.
No matter, I'm still on target for 12k average and all but one day hit my 10k. I'm targeting 15k for today.
As we use to say in my hood, "Get to steppin!" It had a different meaning back then but it works here too.
I hope y'all are hitting y'alls goals.

In for June! I work a desk job M-F & take hourly stairs breaks (3 floors). My goal is average 13,000 steps / day (upped from May goal). I'm a walker, not a runner ~ next race 7/21/18 5K. Workplace Step Challenge 4/16 - 8/31 & prizes at halfway point + end for top 30 women = I want a prize!

I'm in!! This is my first official challenge and I must say that I'm excited! Have been doing the last three months on my own but my weight loss is starting to slow down as I get closer to my goal and need a challenge to keep me motivated!
