WE WOULD LIKE TO WELCOME ALL OF OUR TEAMS TO MISSION SLIMPOSSIBLE BEFORE WE START I WOULD LIKE TO LIST A FEW RULES AND DIRECTIONS.
EACH TEAM MUST HAVE A CAPTAIN, EVERY SUNDAY EACH CAPTAIN MUST EMAIL CDC33 WITH ALL OF THEIR TEAM MEMBERS STATS.
STATS ARE AS FOLLOWED AND ARE CALCULATED ON A WEEKLY BASIS.
WEIGHT
INCHES(WAIST,STOMACH,HIPS,THIGHS)
EXERCISE
CALORIES CONSUMED
ALL STATS ARE CACULATED WEEKLY
EACH TEAM MEMBER MUST KEEP IN CONTACT WITH THEIR CAPTAIN AT THE END OF THE WEEK.
WE WILL HAVE A DIFFERENT WEEKLY CHALLENGE AND THAT WILL BE POSTED EVERY SUNDAY EVENING
(IF YOU HAVE ANY HEALTH PROBLEMS OR CONCERNS ABOUT THE CHALLENGE DO THE BEST YOU CAN OR DO NOT DUE IT) YOU WILL NOT BE DISQUALIFIED OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT WE DO NOT WANT ANYONE TO DUE SOMETHING THAT WILL PUT THEIR HEALTH IN JEOPARDY.
THIS CHALLENGE IS A LITTLE LONGER THEN THE ONE'S I'VE SEEN ON HERE WE WILL BE RUNNING THIS UNTIL NOVEMBER 15TH JUST BEFORE THE HOLIDAY'S SO WE ALL CAN LOOK GREAT FOR THOSE HOLIDAY PARTIES AND EVENTS WITHOUT FEELING GUILTY OF EATING AND LOOKING GREAT AS WELL.

CUTTING AT LEAST 100 CALORIES A WEEK FROM YOUR NORMAL INTAKE.

It is actually "LOSE THE EXTRA BAGGAGE" one O in Lose...also by calories is it Calories remaining or Calories consumed? Some of us need to consume more calories than others. So I'm guessing it should be Calories remaining??0

I'm in the middle of a business trip - no scale or tape until I get home on Friday night! I can send over my last measurements from the end of July, and my weight from then - which is when I left. Of course, I've fallen off the wagon - this trip has been super difficult for me - there was an ice cream and fast food binge...Chances are I'm easily 5 lbs heavier now.
