6/20 = 194.6 (+2.2), BF% = 15.8 (+0.3). I'm BAAACK. And exhausted. It was too much work to post while I was away, even if there was internet around at times. I had a couple of cheat meals (including desserts), but overall I think I did relatively well, particularly given the stressors I had to deal with on my in-law family "vacation." I'm happy to be back at home and completely in control of my life (and my food). Somehow I hurt my (bad) knee on the first day of vacation (doing a VERY mild walk/hike in Sedona). It's been swollen and annoying for the past 6 days or so. I'm hoping I don't need to visit my physician. I missed you guys!

6/22 = 193.4 (-1.2), BF% = 15.6 (-0.2). BWHOOSH™ (formerly known as BOUNCE BACK™). It's been tough getting back into the swing of things after the trip. I was sick yesterday (gastrointestinal nonsense related to sick people on the trip), there wasn't much I could eat in the apartment, and I didn't care. I'm feeling better today, but I'm not feeling all that motivated at the moment. I'm just going to keep it simple. My knee is still a bit sore; I want to get back to basketball (because I LOVE it), but I also want to make sure it's something I can continue to do long-term. Heart says play Saturday, but head says I should probably wait until Monday, and make sure to get a workout (with legs) in tomorrow instead. Maybe a little HIIT to go along with it. Funny. Apparently this group is influencing my accountability in other areas of my life. What will I be talking about next...?

6/26 = 191.4 (-2.0). Hi everyone. My name is Joe, and I'm a sugar addict. This is my first day of sobriety. I have literally had a "dessert" every day since the infamous Vegas buffet a week and a half ago (on 6/17). I've been sick, my wife's sick, work has been nuts, and these are ALL EXCUSES! I've been isolating, because I've been dancing with my addiction. It is what it is. The good news: I haven't gained a bunch of weight, and my knee is hurting less (though I need to get back to the gym to strengthen again). I'm going to talk with myself the way I would talk with a client. Keep to a minimum both the length and intensity of the relapse. Be kind, forgiving, and understanding. I've been doing REALLY well before this this last week and a half. And, outside of my "dessert" issues, all my other eating has been according to plan. In other words, it could be a LOT worse. ON TO THE NEXT ROUND!

6/21- 195.3 at least it's going down. I was barely under my calorie goal yesterday. I'm going to make sure to eat healthily today. So far so good.
6/22- 194.1 Yay!! Happy about this number this morning. I was under deficit but a little over my calorie goal so I thought I wouldn't make much progress but here we are! Today I got burgers and fries with my brothers though but not planning on eating much for the rest of the day so hopefully scale won't fluctuate up too bad. We'll see! Goal for this round is 192. I don't know if I can get to it in 4 days but I sure will try!
6/23- 193.0 Woohoo! Really excited about this number. Maybe I will reach 192 after all? I made sure not to eat anything heavy or calorie dense after the burgers so I guess that's key to all of this. Also, had a pretty intense work out yesterday.
6/24- 193.0 I walked A LOT today at the theme park so hopefully the scale will go down? I don't know. But what I do know is that I'm exhausted. Hope the rice I ate won't make me fluctuate up instead!
6/25- 194.1 Definitely has to do with the rice from yesterday I think. It's too heavy so we have a random upwards fluctuation. But I'm not going to worry about it too much. Hopefully I can pull it back down.
6/26- 195.1 Had rice again yesterday lol -_- I think this is just a fluctuation though. We'll see. Definitely NOT eating rice again today lol. Excited for the next round. I guess that means total loss for this round is 1.7 pounds. Not my goal but I'll still take it!6 -
@AJB1014 - I enjoy the Sweet and Spicy kind but Lemon Pepper is definitely good too! I have also bought Hot Buffalo Style and also Jalapeno but my husband and son eat those up so I have yet had a chance to try those for myself.

I am a sugar addict too.
I *choose* not to eat sugar, honey, maple syrup, etc. because I DON’T want to deal with the “white knuckling” and cravings and fear of regaining that comes after even one small serving. I’ve tested this. It’s real for me.
I am doing everything I can to not have cravings because I feel it will insure my success. Without sugar and refined flour, rice, etc. I clearly eat as fuel and/or medicine, but if I stray, I lose interest in healthier foods and start looking around for sweets & starches.
Power to those of you who can eat sweets & starches in moderation, but just as an alcoholic can’t have just one drink, I’ve had to admit I can’t have just one scoop of this or one slice of that.

6/23 - 177.2 - good stuff! I weighed first thing this morning but then got busy and forgot to post. Ran 3.1 miles this morning, lifted and then all kinds of chores. Good day and hope it reflects in the morning.
6/24 - 176.4 - WooHoo, two days to go and I’ve met my goal. I wanted to hit 176.anything! Just have to stay focused and keep working the plan!

6/17- Went out for breakfast, and a barbecue, made healthy choices and drank lots of water.
6/18- Great day for exercise, walked and treadmill, 50 mins.
6/19- Fantastic day, 68 mins of exercise, 12,700 walking steps. Kept super active.
6/20- Did not get much sleep last night. Made sure I had lots of vegetables, water, and went shopping for some
more fruit.
6/21-I had fresh picked strawberries today, they were so good. Feeling stronger. I start radiation Monday, today my drivers license gets suspended until I finish treatment.
6/22- Focusing on the positives. Planning what I will be eating for my meals next week. I`m going to be strong!-
6/23- Getting prepared for Monday, had to get hats, baby shampoo, soap, hard candies.
6/24-Went out for a nice dinner. Getting ready for my 6 week challenge. Lots of water, healthy foods and exercise.
6/25 - First day of radiation treatment, finished Aug. 8, 29 more treatments. Exercising really helps to minimize the symptoms. Managed to get 11,100 steps I must have had 20 glasses of water. I feel strong going to beat this.
6/26 I feel great today, drank a lot of water, ate healthy, gardening and went for a long walk.5 -

6/17 181.6: Right direction, finally. Walked even though my knee is hurting. Probably not a good thing, but I have a hard time deciding whether I’m really in danger of permanent injury or whether I’m just being a wuss. Aching knee made it hard to sleep. I’m icing, massaging, using Voltaren and Tylenol. I really don’t want to quit walking now. Perhaps I’ll try wrapping it before I walk today. Made a gorgeous Father’s Day breakfast for hubby and boys and ate a whopping 522 calories of berry pancakes with maple syrup and bacon. Will behave for the remainder of the day.
6/18 – 182.2 Even typing those numbers is hard. My scale heard every expletive known to man this morning!! Oh well … onward. PERSISTENCE!!!
6/19 -- – 180.8 And THAT’S the weirdness of the body and the weight loss process!! Yesterday, I had a horrendous eating day. Within calories, but every manner of junk, both sweet and salty, that you can imagine. I was emotional, sad, depressed and not having any of the healthy lifestyle. At the end of the day, I decided that I would press the reset button for today. And I have. As odd as it is, I will take this drop with both hands and deep gratitude even though it’s probably a false positive.
6/20 -- 181.0 Uptick to reflect nasty eating two nights ago. Walked for an hour. Knee bothered me the whole way. I must make an appointment to have it checked out. Today my niece arrives from overseas for a 20 day stay. The next three weeks are going to be an eating challenge with baseball games, festivals, fairs and other tourist-type activities. Must keep my head in the game.
6/21 – 180.6 Yay!!!! Very busy yesterday giving my house a much needed clean. Racked up 14000 steps just cleaning. Over on sugar and carbs which is a pattern for me. Off to my sister’s today for two days to spent time with the overseas visitor.

6/24 – 182: And that’s what you get when you lose control dining out with overseas visitors and every dessert is free game. Cheesecake and apple crumble factored into this. Unfortunately don’t think I’ll make goal again this round!!!
6/25 – 181.6: Spent almost six hours yesterday steam cleaning furniture and rugs. I have hardwood but rugs on all levels and WHEW… what a job!!!! I’m a bit frustrated because I really want to get back to exercising but my knee is still bothering me. Going to have to focus on daily knee strengthening and if that doesn’t work then I’ll head to the doctor. My eating is still rough too. I’m looking forward to next round to see some downward movement on the scale.
6/26 – 183.0 OMG!!!! This round is a major fail. This number set me on an all-day pig-out. I ate every bad thing I could lay my hands on. First round was awesome. Last two rounds, I’ve managed to undo the progress. I need a do-over and that’s just what I’m going to do. Goodbye nasty round I’m on to bigger and better things. Bring on 45!!!

I didn't consciously plan to, but I've been on a bit of a break. I haven't posted here since partway through round 42, after 25 rounds of being pretty consistent. I'm still logging everything and weighing daily but not doing well on calories or exercise and I'm up a few pounds. I was going to start again on this challenge at the start of the next round but figured there's no time like the present.

I didn't consciously plan to, but I've been on a bit of a break. I haven't posted here since partway through round 42, after 25 rounds of being pretty consistent. I'm still logging everything and weighing daily but not doing well on calories or exercise and I'm up a few pounds. I was going to start again on this challenge at the start of the next round but figured there's no time like the present.
ETA: Added start weight as if I were logging in this challenge on 6/17: 147.5. A few weeks ago I got to 144.5 but I've lost ground since then.

Pretty good day. Tomorrow's my day off, it will be harder to stay on track.

?? OK then. Got a workout in today, calories OK but include a sweet treat I didn't plan on.

Doing well with exercise the last two days. Stayed in my calorie goal today but had pizza so the sodium could impact tomorrow's weight.
