Success/struggles of the week: Weight is up this week which I'm having a hard time to wrap my head around. I've up my activity and ate the same amount of calories so should have been a lost. I'm still below my range which is good.

Wow -200 in less than two years!!!
    Congratulations!

My WLJ began at age 65 and lost 195 but it was a five year trip. Got to GW at age 70, how did you do it?

Time it took to lose: on and off 3 years. First 30 in 4 months and then gradually reduced goal weight
How long in maintenance: 13 months
    Maintenance weight range: 115-120
    Average weight recorded from 2017 (12months): 121

Average weight recorded from June: 114.25

    Week of 6th July: 112.75

Successes/struggles: Tweaking to meal timings and more pre-logging has been really helpful with keeping me feeling fuelled. Morning workouts going well but crazy work and kids schedules has me skipping a lot of my usual evening yoga. Which doesn’t help my mood but needs must! Will try and get a morning class in at the weekend if I can get childcare sorted.

    Happy weekend to all x
