I'm 'low carb' and average around 100 grams per day. Any lower than that and I want to eat my own arm.0

You'll get all the answers in the world here
For me, consistently between 95-115g per day, weekly average for the last weeks. It really depends on how many calories I can eat for the day. I hit my protein and my fat during the day, with generous amounts of vegetables as a side, and then it's all fun extras for the rest of the carb cals.

I'm a type 2 diabetic - I "eat to the meter," in other words I base the number of carbs I eat on my blood glucose meter readings after eating, keeping them within safe levels. I try not to dip below 150 g net because I feel tired and hungry if I get too few, and I usually don't go over about 166g. A few more on long run days - after a good run I can get away with eating pasta or French fries. A1c is 4.7 right now, so it's working well for me.3

I had to run a report because I stopped tracking carbs and it's frequently over 300 a day.1

These weight lifters are blacking me out with their 300g a day lol I'm just working on losing weight and I eat about 60-80 carbs a day.
I lift weights. I've also lost 74 pounds, while eating 150-250 grams of carbs per day.
Because calories are what matter for weight loss, not carbs.5 -
No idea...but a lot. I eat oats or beans every morning for breakfast...I eat a lot of lentils, potatoes, rice, quinoa, etc and lots of veg and some fruit.0

I am maintaining at ~157 pounds. Most days it is over 350, nearly always over 250 and under 500.

lol Actually it's not that bad..I guess once I got into ketosis..I didn't have the cravings that I had before..I also haven't started exercising yet..so once I do, I'm sure I'll have a little more carbs..I am getting an elliptical machine after work today..0 -
My first 12 months on MFP I dropped 72.5lbs eating 2560 Cal a day of which 282g was carbs, and 128g was sugar.
Currently maintaining at around ~155lbs, eating ~2873 Cal a day of which 365g is carbs and 141g is sugar0 -
150-200. I could easily eat more carbs (love them!), but after a scare last summer of being diagnosed pre-diabetic, I started watching my carbs closely and brought myself back into the normal range by staying around 150-200 a day. I’m afraid to go any higher now.0
