            Roast cherry salad with buttermilk dressing and croutons. Manzo all'olio (previously batch cooked so warmed up in the microwave from the freezer), frozen peas, garlic mash.

            Dinner was a bit of a failed experiment. Salad with roast cherries, croutons and buttermilk dressing that we also made last night was good. Halibut a la meunière was a bit tough, so overcooked. Spiralized potatoes done in the air fryer stuck to the basket, was partially burnt and partially undercooked.

Eggs, avocado, green beans, blended broccoli and a ton of hot sauce. Hasn't got a name but you can eat a ton of it and feel really full for 330 calories 👌6 -

            Came up with this random recipe. Spicy tuna tostadas, with sofrito marinated cabbage, onions, and diced tomatos. Topped it off with some mango salsa and black bean corn salsa and a side of yellow rice

This is one of my go to snacks/desserts. Homemade whole milk yogurt (I make it in the instant pot) topped with heated frozen raspberries and blueberries. It’s delicious, quick and satisfying.

            Variations on my usual summertime theme: grilled BBQ turkey breast cutlets, grilled foil-packet savory corn, fresh tomato-veg salad, deli German potato salad, and, in the background, freshly-baked no-knead whole wheat bread. It may look as if tonight "strong with the carb side of the Force am I," but the potato was a last-minute add and the bread is more for breakfast and subsequent. The white flares are from late-day sunlight through the kitchen window.
