    Having people over is such a blessing! Just make sure you always take care of yourself. Make most of what you serve healthy and throw a couple no-nos in there so people can make their own choices. Love yourself first, and remember it is the company you want, not the food.

    I'll take it and be happy for today but not sure how accurate it is. Going to the lake today so I will have to be mindful of what I'm eating and to make sure I'm continuously drinking my water. I tend to snack on everything at the lake and slack on water, got to change that habit.

    7/08 - Camping, no weigh in.

MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.
