Hi Keto Buddies, I'm in too! I've been kind of playing at keto for the last month. Lost about 4# in about 3 weeks, from cutting out processed carbs. Just starting today, I changed MFP to help me track macros. Had a real hard time getting enough calories because by end of dinner, all I could do is pretty much drink olive oil! I didn't.
Upcoming challenge, I travel a lot, and will be on the road for a week beginning this Saturday.
I welcome any ideas to eat keto on the road!
Would love to be friends with anyone interested!

I've lost about 10lbs in 3 weeks, I logged all my meals for today with the exception of desert which was a keto chia dark chocolate mousse/pudding that i made and can't figure out how to put into my food diary. Per the website i modified it from it should only be about 100cals per serving and I had a 500 cal surplus today so I think it should be fine.4

I just re-started this yesterday.... previously lost about 60 pounds in about 4 months after having my kids... years ago. Packed on about 20 pounds since getting married last year... time for that to be gone lol4

For my coffee- I just use heavy whipping cream and sometimes a stevia packet. I also like to get the Torani's flavor syrups. Make sure you get the sugar free and it is ZERO carbs!! I love the French Vanilla.
Just this week, I mixed about a cup of Heavy Whipping Cream and 3 Tablespoons of the flavoring (depending on how strong you like the flavor). Keep in the fridge for the week as my creamer. It is SO GOOD! It takes just like my normal creamer I buy, has the same thickness. Toriani's brand has a lot of different flavors for everyones taste buds.

I have been on keto for a month now, it is the most craziest way of eating but man do I love it!! i love how I feel on it and the weight loss is an added bonus feel free to add me... I don't log my food on here, I use the Carb Manager app only because it is easier to track my net carbs, but I do MFP daily and support my friends!!!

I recommitted to Keto on the 8th. Glad to find this challenge.
Yesterday I set a goal to drink 1 cup green tea, 1 cup rooibos tea and prep breakfast for the week. Today's goal is to drink 1 cup green tea, 1 cup rooibos tea, prep cauliflower rice and make up 4 side dishes.2 -

I'll join. Day two today. Hit 71% fat, 25% protein and 4% carb with my dinner tonight accounted for. I've lost a lot with the eat less/move more method, but have completely stalled since March-ish. Need something new to get back at it.
Been reading The Obesity Code, makes a lot of sense.1 -
