spreading real butter on roti I can't go without spreading real butter so now I allow myself a measured amount and be aware of how much0

Any good high fat cheese (Blue and Brie are my fav), sweets (red licorice, taffy, tootsie roll assortments, chocolate, ice cream) and a wonderful bottle of wine (I want two glasses, not one!:grumble: ). I just eat too much ~ good or bad!:blushing:0

This is me! I would allow for one 20 oz bottle a day and would stop on my way to work to buy one and only one so it wasn't in the house.
Then I Started mixing half regular and half diet...Now it's only been diet....haven't had a real pepsi since FRIDAY!!!0 -
Generic brand jelly beans from CVS or Walgreens...bad news!0
