@bananasandoranges Lisa, I am sorry that your work and health are still giving you trouble. I hope they are both better soon! *hug*

@CoachJen71 - I hear you loud and clear and relate to so much of what you’ve written here and in your separate post. I don’t have any answers but you are definitely not alone! X

@pkweier So sorry to hear of your loss-- my father in law just passed away and we spent June planning and traveling and honoring him. Take care -- my deepest sympathy and prayers.

Success/struggles of the week: I will not give up! I am within five pounds (ok, six?) of my maintenance weight. BTW -- went back to the "Eat to Live" website -- love that book and love that program -- and found the Nutritarian Pyramid -- love it too! Here's the link if anyone is interested. My husband and I really do eat like this -- we center our meals around salad whenever we can. I find rereading about the health benefits of this diet is always motivating. Have good weeks everyone!

@Jimb376mfp I hear you on the meal prep! It's so much easier to stay within calories (and eat healthy meals) when I plan ahead, rather than grabbing random amounts of whatever's in the fridge, or getting take-out because nothing appeals. :)
