    Cheese is also gross. Most of the time. Except Brie and cheddar.

    So tell us, what do you eat? Frog legs are a go?

    There's tons of food besides meat and cheese. Rice, rice crackers, rice cakes, Mushrooms and rice, egg fried rice, rice and broccoli, rice and ketchup, rice and chicken over rice crackers, rice spam rice and eggs, croissants... etc.

    So you don't like rice either? :p

    Truthfully I try to stick to veggies, a lean protein, and whole grains for lunch and dinner.

    My problems are snacks.

    I try to do this as well, and by try I mean I don't. :laugh:

    There's a time and season for everything. There are times when you must look someone directly in the eye and give it to them straight. When you need all of the things and all of the love and and all of the encouragement and you need, need, need, that's fear. Social media cannot give you all of the things you need to fill up the empty holes in your heart. It cannot fill a bottomless pit that food can never satisfy.

    Fear of change stops people more than anything else. Social media is limited. It can't give you true connection. You need to sit down with real people, face-to-face to make real changes.
    Lasting changes. It takes wisdom to know when you're swimming in the sharky waters that lead to nowhere. Connection with others is a life preserver. We're all in this thing called life, together.

    So, walmart would be like... 7 second rule? Or would we stick with 5?

    No sushi. I'm leery of parasites.

    In the mountain streams we have a thing called Giardia. It is a parasite that can wreck havoc for months and months, due to all of the wildlife in the streams using them for their lavatory. All kinds of Rx's are used to clear it up. In the spring of the year when the snow runoff is highest, the local yocals can get what we call dipconaroo. I think it's diccionario but it's basically stomach flu from bugs in the water. Once you've had it, you'll do anything to avoid that nausea. I wouldn't touch sushi with a ten foot pole. So we boil our water and/or buy it until it clears up.

    @Sami488

    well....

    I wouldn't be in Walmart

    and if I was, it wouldn't be for food

    and even if it was for food, I wouldn't be eating it there

    and if I dropped it there, it would stay there.
