Good morning from NJ, where we are expecting severe storms and flash flooding late this afternoon. As long as it takes the humidity away with it. Back to lifting last night and a light 5k treadmill run--only because I worked my calves and figured that may help avoid the pain I figured I'd be in tomorrow...may still happen. Luckily, beer isn't one of my weaknesses--that would be peanut butter.2

Had a long weekend that included a road trip, was pretty good except for the travel days. 😳. Back on it this week. Not beating myself up over it just moving on. My biggest problem is less than stellar willpower when I don’t have a competition or fight on the horizon. Working on getting better at that.5
