I like Kosher Dill pickles. Pickle Juice is pretty gross even with vodka.0

Just wait until you see all my pickles sir. Edit: From left to right.
Old Gilroy Garluc Co
Bobbies Saurkraut
Boar's Head Kosher Dill Pickle Spears
Nathan's Kosher Spears
Mt Olive Big Kahuna's
Pacific Pickle Works Unbeetables
Pacific Pickle Works Fenn Shui (Fennel root, ginger, orange)
Dworek Armenian Deli Pickles
Edit edit: Also, I make my own by doing the following: I took a whole beer, wash, peel, cut, boil (a couple min) then place into the unbeatable pickle jar, after I eat the pickled beets that came in the jar. Aaand in another jar I have fresh cabbage wedges pickling in the leftover pickle brine.3 -
This thread is invigorating. Just what I needed.
Pickles.... I like em, dill and sweet ones but I just do not understand how people drink the juice.
Does this make me a hypocrite? Probably.
I have had to use a butter knife to wack the s*** out of the lids to get them to open though. Ya know, when there was no strong, burly man around.1 -

I like both dill and sweet.
I've never had one of the huge ones, sad I know.
I do drink pickle juice (yum!!) and as a side note it is great to relieving muscle cramps. I don't have science to back that ridiculous claim up, just my own experience.

Little sweet ones you just pop in your mouth 😋
Give it a good wack on the top and it eases it off 👍1 -

Someone recently told me that pickles are also a great way to get hydrated. I have not researched this to find out if it is true but am now wondering if it's worth a google-ing.0 -
I stand in the street with the jar looking pathetic until some kind person takes pity on me.0

I haven't given much thought to the pickle but regular dill works. Not a fan of sweet.0

These are the best!

My dad was in kidney failure, and had really bad leg cramps because of it. The doctors actually told him to eat pickles. He was taking this stuff. Not really sure what in it helps the leg cramps but it does!2 -
Damn. I thought pickle must surely be a euphemism for something.0

Do you like them? Dill? Sweet?
What about those gigantic ones at State Fairs and other concession stands?
Do you drink the juice?
Who opens the jars for you?
Dill is my preference.
Never been to a state fair or bought a pickle at a concession stand.
Did drink the juice as a kid but don't now.
I open my own jars.0
