Dill, can't stand the sweet ones. Claussen is the best0

I haven't given much thought to the pickle but regular dill works. Not a fan of sweet.0

These are the best!

My dad was in kidney failure, and had really bad leg cramps because of it. The doctors actually told him to eat pickles. He was taking this stuff. Not really sure what in it helps the leg cramps but it does!2 -
Damn. I thought pickle must surely be a euphemism for something.0

Do you like them? Dill? Sweet?
What about those gigantic ones at State Fairs and other concession stands?
Do you drink the juice?
Who opens the jars for you?
Dill is my preference.
Never been to a state fair or bought a pickle at a concession stand.
Did drink the juice as a kid but don't now.
I open my own jars.0 -
I may be taking a trip to the store for pickles. I own no pickle jars or a man to open one.0

I absolutely adore pickles, except for the spicy ones-the heat hurts me (no kidding, legit literally hurts as in PAIN because the acid amplifies it just enough). I think I've only had one of those mega-pickles because the portion size is colossal, easily at least 3, if not 6-8 reasonable human servings. I know pickles are naturally low-cal, but I see those as the exception to that rule. Other than those outliers, anything goes-sweet, gherkin (sp?), quadruple-sour, Iโll try โem all!1

Bit of a pickle drought right now but typically I have at least 2 types of kosher dills, 1 jar of Bicks garlic dills, pre sliced dills, sweet gherkins and then a couple of jars of homemade ones we've been given and never eat but had to try and they will forever stay in the fridge.3
