Good Friday morning. It is still beautiful here in Virginia. Woke up this morning it was 64 and low humidity. That will all change this weekend. @RandJ6280 you can have my cake as I don't really like sweets. Hope you all have a Fabulous Friday!1

Happy Friday All!!!!! So some changes in my life kinda sidelined me for a bit, so now I am attempting to get a routine back so I can get focused again. Left my job of 20+ years (omg), picked up another that is COMPLETELY different, change of hours is brutal, kids and house in an uproar, and juggling it all!! What a feat!! Plus side, I got back in the gym yesterday....and will be hitting it today as well!5

For sure....Route 42=42 different ways to turn a 15 minute drive into a three hour one. Expressway=express route to sit on the Parkway. I hate summers in NJ.0 -

102 today in the mid-south. Got in 5k run and a boxing class with no A/C. Time for some Jiu Jitsu this afternoon. At least in thisceat it takes no time for these middle-age joints to warm up!6

49 here, lost 100 pounds 10 years ago and kept most of it off. With overwork and then breaking my leg earlier this year, gained some weight. Hoping to lose 30 pounds my my 50th in December.
