Congrats to everyone on here for your success! Even those who I saw have gained some of their weight back, before I lost weight this time around, I had lost 40lbs and gained it back plus another 20. It’s just another opportunity to keep pushing and motivating yourselves! I started at 190.4lbs on January 29, 2018. I’m currently 151.8 lbs and my goal weight is 140. Feel free to add me! I love having motivated friends on here (:

These comparisons are from December 2015 and December 2016. Exact same place, exact same shirt but a bit of a difference about a 50 lb reduction

These comparisons are a bit more updated but this is from February 2016 and the more recent one was from a year ago this Month ... I've put back about 20 pounds that need to come back off to get back there - frustrating but doable ... between the two it reflects approximately 60 pounds difference ..

Taken about the same time each year. The left was about 6 months before I started to really focus on myself, and start researching ways to be healthier (Jan 2016). I don't recall what I weighed during that photo, but I can say that I was 250 that following January. In the right photo, I was 217. On top of the number and inch difference, I breathe better so use my inhaler less, I'm no longer pre-diabetic, I eat a lot more (and better) food, I'm getting more confident in my own skin, and sleep better each night. The process is hard, but I'm just getting happier and more excited as the days pass.
