    Roo is very popular as its lean and high protein. Every supermarket sells kangaroo sausages and steaks.. I had a bite of sausage and it was awful, very gamey.

    I'm glad to hear this as I have a bracelet made from kangaroo leather and I was assured they were used for meat but I've never been sure of that until now.
