    Mondays - usually blech! Today, I got do something super cool. I got to ride out to Kennedy Space Center and see the Vehicle Assembly Building (Where the shuttle used to get worked on) up close and personal. Awesome.

    Daily Report:
    8 glasses of water = drank
    Calories = under
    Fitness challenge = done (kinda liked those wood chops)

    and...

    200 crunches towards our team challenge.

    I can do at least 100 additional cruches in the AM and in the PM . LET"S DO THIS (in my cheerleaders voice).

    As far as the ab crunches are concerned, they are damn near impossible for me to do. I'm much better @ situps. I'll do 200
    this week if they are an ok substitute. Please let me know.

    I didn't lose any weight this week. In fact I somehow gained .2 lbs (around 3 oz). Not sure how. I know my sodium was over, but
    my water is always great. It could be my body was withholding extra water for muscle repair. I won't stress until another week ends like this one. I haven't had a week like this in several months.

    Here's a fun ab workout - my group fitness instructor put a weight on my back while I was doing a plank today. Talk about hard!

    Hi everyone..

    My daily report:

    Water: 4 x 750ml Bottles of water (the loo is my friend)
    Challenges: I did 50 ab crunches for the day
    50 squat kicks (in addition to my normal 100)... wow I did them in sets of 50 but must admit the last 50 was way slower especially to the end the last 20 was murder
    We were suppose to do 3 sets of 12 (36) of the wood chops but I got carried away and did 50 with 2kg weights in hand....:tongue:

    OK I think that was all....

    Jules thanks for adding me to the September challenge...

    I'm feeling "lighter" today.. haha... so hoping it will show on the scale later this week...

    It's hard for me to do ab work here at the campground, but I give you my solemn vow I will complete at least 300 between Friday and Sunday.

    Don't worry if certain days it looks like I'm over calorie goal. I'll add the exercise in before we close out the week. I just don't have a computer with me to upload my BodyBugg.

    I'll try and post every day that I completed the challenges!

    Hi team, I off today so I'm getting an early start. I did not loose as much as I would have liked but I know it's from my diet I need to eat a cleaner diet. I am going home this weekend and hope they can see a difference so I am going to try very hard to eat well and I definetly would work hard with the challenge. This is what I've done so far:

    100 Abd crunches DONE

    4 glasses of water DOWN

    It's funny you mention "clean eating"...that's exactly what I have been trying to do for the past few weeks.
