Lifting 3 days per week, brisk walking for 1-1.5 hr daily and around 20 flights of stairs (during work week), running once a week. Occasionally I clean the house or hyperventilate so badly that it counts as exercise.

    Every day, I do:
30 minutes of advanced mat Pilates in the morning
60 minutes of walking during lunch
45-60 minutes of advanced Reformer Pilates in the evening

Walk every day. I shoot for 2 hours; anything over 90 minutes is acceptable. On days when the weather doesn't cooperate, I have a Gazelle Edge glider in my basement and do 70 minutes on it. It's not ideal, but it's better than nothing and it does burn calories.

Strength train with dumbbells ranging from 5 to 25lbs, 5 days a week, alternating between lower body and upper body/core days.

And this summer, I'm training to run my first 5K. The program is based off of C25K with three training days per week (one day a week with a fitness club's running group and then two days on my own).

I run almost everyday, average 55 miles a week. If I need a day off, I’ll still bike or swim.

Right now, I don't. And haven't for quite a few months.

That might be a catalyst for my fat azzzzzz.

    Lift 3x
    Cardio/abs 3x
    Rest 1x

At least an hour walk each day

Does that hr walk include your cardio days, or on top of it? Do you find the hr walk does anything for you to make you lean, or is running the way to go?

Cardio daily, weights 6-7X/week one week on, then maybe 1-2X/week for one week in that cycle (weird schedule).

5-6 days a week depending on how i feel but mostly 5 times a week.

Monday-Thursday is muscle training and 2 hours on the stationary bike at moderate effort. If i feel like it ill go vigorously.

Friday-Saturday is rest day with possible light activity. Most likely im just resting.

Sunday is road cycling for about 30 miles interval pace.

    Keeping it simple....

    Just heavy resistance training:

    Push Day
    Low Body & Abs Day
    Pull Day
    Rest Day... then repeat.

No cardio and just careful diet. I am sure it's not the best but works for my body type, age and schedule.

I try to so something at least five times a week
If the weather is ideal I'll run
    Otherwise it's a workout video
In winter I curl at least three times a week and skate two or three times. Winter is easier

For about the first week of every New Year, then I quit again and resume drinking.
