Female, 5'3"
SW: 333
GW: 330
Oct. 19, 2018 Goal: 300
UGW: 125
7/17: 333.0 Starting weight.
7/18: 331.2
7/19: 327.6 Well, I never expected that to happen. Incredibly surprised! Did well on my breakfast and lunch,
dinner not so much. I was so mentally and physically tired that I stopped at Wendy's on the way
home. Knew it was the wrong thing to do. I do this all the time--too tired to fix a meal so I stop for
fast food. This is where my trouble always starts. So, now that I have identified my major problem, I
have to work on the solution. After some research last night, I think meal prep on the weekend for the work
week will do wonders for me. I don't have to worry about "what to do" for dinner after a stressful day
at work. I can just come home and pop it in the oven/microwave and there I go! I will say the one
thing that is working for me is drinking water. It has gotten a lot easier to drink so much of it as
long as I put some limes in it.
7/20: 327.6 Well, no loss but I’ll take it. Did have pasta for dinner and I love my pasta! Need to work on portion size though.
7/21: 327.8 Pasta again. Love my pasta, but need to be more disciplined when it comes to portion size.
7/22: 326.8 Did really well today. Made good food choices. Need to keep with this trend.
7/23: 326.8 I’m happy about this weigh-in. Good weekend—went out with friends to a “Mary Poppins” themed tea party and then out to eat with family. Made smart choices, so I’m satisfied. Starting exercise today. See how that plays into the next weigh-in.
7/24: 326.8 First time back at the gym went pretty well. Went slow so I wouldn’t risk injury by doing too much too fast. Felt good afterwards. Then towards evening it hit me. My body screaming at me, “WHAT DID YOU DO?!!” 🤣😂 The soreness has eased up this morning. Just have to remember that it will get better. The more exercise I do, the better I’ll feel.
7/25: 325.6 Nice to see some moment after three days sitting at the same weight. I’m actually looking forward to seeing the final numbers at the end of this challenge. It’s my first time doing this and I have to say having the support of this community along with keeping myself honest with check-ins and food tracking has helped a great deal.
7/26: 324.6 This has been a great experience. I’ve never been excited about getting healthy before. I’d always start off great then just give up if I had a rough couple of days. The difference this time has been this community. The encouragement and support has made all the difference in the world. Reading about your journeys has made me realize there is no quick fix. This isn’t just another diet. This is a lifestyle change. I am becoming the person I was meant to be. Yes, there will be bad days. That’s just life. I need to acknowledge that then let it go and start anew the very next day with a clean slate instead of bogged down in quilt. I want to thank everyone here for their support. This round starting weight was 333.0 and as of this morning I am at 324.6. I hit my goal and then some. I looking forward to the next round!14 -

weight on 1/29/18 = 234.5
Round 47 - goal – loose some of the weight I have gained at parties and entertaining. Skip maintenance and truly put in effort this round. Its just 10 days, right?
7/16 weight 194lbs
7/17 – 192lbs – 2-pound loss is probably just an empty stomach.
7/18 – 194lbs – 2 pounds up - ate good yesterday. Guess this is just what happens when you weigh yourself all the time. I saw it coming last night when I weighed 198 before bed.
7/19 – 192lbs – kinda a good day yesterday. Had Chinese buffet for lunch and almost no dinner. Felt no hunger.
7/20 – whoops
7/21 – openhouse with awesome pasta bar. To go along with homebrew. Had so much food and adult beverages.
7/22 – working long and hard today. ate breakfast with wife, had 4 hot dogs, big filet of smoked lake trout, and had my homemade bbq ribs for dinner.
7/23 – 192lbs – considering the food choices this weekend I am very happy to maintain this weight. Had lots of people asking how and what I did to lose weight so quickly. I wasn’t allowed to answer because My wife says it was too fast and I shouldn’t tell people. Still I loved the comments and seeing the look on peoples faces. I still say maintenance is harder for me then losing weight.
7/24 – 193lbs – ate kinda good yesterday. Super low cal all day long to be ready for the food at the fair. Red neck fries were awesome. I think the jar of pickles for lunch is why I am up slightly.
7/25 – 193lbs – as usual Tuesday night fishing league was a high calorie night. Beer, pizza, smoked fish, crackers, and a submarine sandwich. And now my favorite fast food joint is running a special. I don’t think I want to resist LOL. I will pick back up tomorrow on my limited choice diet.
7/26 – 190lbs – skipped dinner and have not had my usual pickle intake. I would have thought a gain after eating 10 checkers all American cheese burgers for lunch. Really it was only 2 since I pitched 8 buns and stacked up all the meat. Love a good burger.

Round 2
OW 230
Round 46 SW 178 EW 172.6 (-5.4)
Round 47
SW 172.6
GW 166
UGW 125
7/17 --172.4 slightly disappointed, exercised my *kitten* off yesterday. I do, do a lot if weight work so I'm thinking taking my measurements might be a good idea, in case my muscle building effects the scale...don't need the scale to mess with my head. Drank 1.5 liters of water...Still working on it. I think I need to start eating breakfast though, I tend to skip till lunch.
7/18--172.8 super dissapointed. I work out for 2 hours a day, trying to go for three. Like I said yesterday I do a lot with weights so planning to keep it all cardio today...Hopefully I will see a change on the scale. On the bright side I have noticed my clothes aren't as tight, so just trying to keep that in mind. I hate how easy it is to gain but so hard to loose. So frustrating...argggg. 1.25 liters of water yesterday. Also working on eating better...lately I haven't been hungry because of the working out so tend not too eat until late lunch or only at dinner, having about one meal a day. Probably should change this.
7/19--172.2 alright a slight loss, I will take it. Ate good yesterday, had 1.5 liters of water..working on it, exercised all cardio and one weight train so that helped lol. Thinking of trying the clean eating, seems to work well with some people on here.
7/20--173.8 not surprised, I not only had a rest day when it came to exercising, my muscles were so sore from the day before, but I also made home made pizza for the hubby and my younger brothers and although at first I stayed away, I eventually wanted to try a little, which turned into a slice, which turned into desert...brownies. 1 liter of water. Back on track today though and I learnt my lesson. Rest days aren't the right days to side track my diet as well, choose one. I will put in the work today and hopefully this will be gone tomorrow.
7/21--172.4 could have done better last night with my eating, had two biscuits, looking for more nutritional food to eat but otherwise I am happy with my loss. Did less exercising then usual but I at least I got it done so I am satisfied. 1 liter of water. Hoping for more of a loss the next five days *fingers crossed*
7/22--172 did well yesterday, got in my exercising ate pretty good for breakfast and dinner but couldn't help the snacking throughout the day...oops. Lol no LNE which was hard because I found myself starving around 10 30, i will take it as a win. 1.5 liters of water. Hoping to be out of the 170s by the end of this. Argggg.
7/23--171.8 ate tons of veggies and stuck to my calorie goals. Didn't exercise at all, had a lazy day but I know that will change today, I will get back into it. Last week I had two workout days off (one for soreness so I will let it go) this week I only want to have one. Drank 1 liter of water, really need to up that. Took my measurements at the beginning of the ten days and will do it again at the end of these ten days, I have a feeling I'm loosing inches faster then weight.
Have a great week everyone
7/24-- 171.4 did a great work out yesterday, was so happy. Some days I work out and think "why am I doing this?" and it really makes working out suck, especially the day after when I'm sore and end up procrastinating the next workout ...but yesterday was amazing. I was totally in the zone and kept pushing the boundaries, it was one of those energy filled days where I felt like I could keep going and never stop. It was amazing!!! I love days like that, technically it's the only reason I always go back to working out. I ate good yesterday, had the opportunity to indulge in some chocolatey treats but decided on a bowl of veggies, the only issue was it was at 10 30....oops. 1.5 liters of water....argggg really need to focus. My only issue is eating more. I need to focus on getting more food in threw out the day and not jam pack my calories at dinner. Lately I have been only pulling 800 calorie days which I think is the reason I'm not loosing weight faster. It's a learning process
7/25--170 woot!!! downhill trend. I just want to bypass this for tomorrow and end the 10 days starting in the 60s. Didn't feel like working out yesterday but I pushed myself and made it happen....but then ended up completely energy depleted. I didn't do as much working out as I would have liked but the fact that I did end up doing something makes me proud of myself. Those are the days that count the most. My clothes are fitting better and I'm feeling a lot better, today is starting out to be a good mental day. 1.5 liters of water. LETS END THIS STRONG EVERYONE!!
7/26 170.8 weeeeelllp so much for wanting to start in the 60s. It's ok though, I am looking forward to the next 10 days and I know if I give myself another 10 days I will do better then this round. It's a slow process but I can't give up!!! I know I can do it. I did my work out yesterday, although I was busier then usual so didn't get in as much as I would have liked...but I did it. 1.75 liters of water. See you all next round!

Day/Weight/Comment
7/17 179.4 I’m down two pounds since my last start which is great, because I was really bummed about the weight I was at post-vacation. I’ve been working hard to stay under calories and I know that I need to try to drink more water.
7/18 179.8/ I went out last night and didn’t eat too much but I’m sure it had a ton of salt in it. I’m spending tonight at home after a walk after work.
7/19 178.0/ Weigh-in Day for MFP! I’m less than 2 pounds away from where I was before I went on vacation. I’ve been really good about calories.
7/20 177.0/ Even closer! The lowest I’ve logged in the last 30 days was 176.6. I’m hoping to get back there by next Thursday when I weigh-in again.
7/21 181.2/
7/22 183.6/ I must be retaining a lot of water today
7/23 180.2/ I’m still retaining a lot of water. I drank 9 cups of water yesterday but my rings are still feeling really right today.
7/24 178.8/ I drank 11 glasses of water yesterday and plan to power through just as many today. I’m hoping to log below 178.0 for Thursday when I do my weekly weigh-in for MFP.
7/25 179.6/ I probably went a little over calories yesterday (we ate out) but I didn’t expect this big of an impact because I worked out and drank a lot of water.
7/26 178.8/ Up .8 pounds from what I logged last week, I’m hoping to have a loss or at least break even tomorrow at 178.0 and I’ll log that weight.8 -

Day/Weight/Comment
7/17- 228.2 Yay! I thought for sure that I would have a bump today. I guess walking all day countered the two eating out meals today. I’m seeing a trend where my beginning and end rounds are great (barring poor food choices and/or not enough water). Bumps tend to be towards the middle of the round. Learning lots about myself.
7/18- 227.4 Beyond stoked!
7/19- 226.8 Sixth consecutive day logging a loss. Doing very well this round. Not doing anything differently than last round so I don’t know why that is but I will take it.
7/20- 226.4 Fully anticipated a bump given I was snacking a bit here and there yesterday. Also seemed extra thirsty this morning. May see it catch up to me I’m the coming days and I’m okay with that.
7/21- 226.6 There it is. Need to push water. Triple digits outside next few days. Eek.
7/22- 227.4 weekend + not enough water + pizza for dinner = recipe for mid-round bump. Bummer.
7/23- 227.6 I know I said I’d be okay seeing a bump but I’m not. Morale is slipping. Trying to stay positive. Weekdays are where most loss happens. Have to be extra careful as I’ll be traveling this weekend to my in-laws. My MIL is the best baker and her love language is FOOD.
7/24- 226.8 Headed back down. Fingers crossed it continues down to the end of round.
7/25- 226.0 Yippee! Good day food wise. The universe heard my plea for a morale boost and 2 separate co-workers commented on my recent weight loss. No one had said anything prior to yesterday. One even called it drastic and asked what I was doing. I introduced her to MFP.
7/26- 225.8 YAS! 10-day loss average is holding steady. So close to 10% loss. I’m in next round but will be out of town for the first 3 days. I won’t be able to weigh in but will probably check in daily with comments. See you tomorrow!9 -

Day/Weight/Comment
7/17--177.2 Going back down. It was sooo hard to lose these few pounds, apparently I wanted to do it all over again They came back on over a few days of getting off track, so hopefully they will go away just as quickly. Fingers crossed!
7/18--176.0 Keep it going...
7/19--175.0 Excellent! I'm happy to know that a handful of bad days isn't going to totally wreck my progress, it's just taking me the same amount of days to recover, and that's okay. Today might be hard; I barely slept last night. I just have a lot of things on my mind coupled with going to bed hungry. I don't make a habit of this but darn it, I was already over my calories and stubbornly didn't want to eat more, so I went to bed. Well, I was hungry all night and I am sooo hungry this morning! Hopefully a good dose of protein will do the trick. Pilates class tonight.
7/20--174.8 Woohoo!
7/21--176.0
7/22--No weigh in; we took an impromptu weekend road trip, so I might be paying for that on the scale for the next couple of days. It was fun though!
7/23--177.6 Whoops. Need to recover from two days of eating out.
7/24--177.6 Struggle bus this round.
7/25--178.4 UGHHHHH I've been well over my daily calorie goal for the last several days so like it or not, I earned this number. Just really struggling with my diet the last two rounds.
7/26--178.28 -
@gomezdiana06 that totally sucks but it's normal. We all have rounds where although we work hard, keep our calories in check and drink water, our weight just doesn't seem to budge or increases slightly...the key is to not give up.
It's a difficult journey for sure but the effort is worth the reward, just keep looking up. Personally this happens to me every couple of weeks then randomly I will loose a bunch of weight all at once. You can do it, just be positive and try to remember that as long as you work at it the weight won't stay on forever.6 -
Change of plans for this round...I've decided to stop worrying about these last 8-13 pounds and focus on eating healthfully most of the time at or just below maintenance, getting a variety of exercise, and generally making the most of the summer. As long as I don't gain, everything is fine. If I lose a little, all the better. I also aim to reboot my daily meditation practice, which I used to do faithfully. It's all part of the picture.
Goals:
Food ~~ 1430 calories max; P 15-25%, C 35-50%, F 25-35%; mostly clean & healthful
Exercise: 60 minutes/day of walking/swimming + yoga/stretch class 3X/week
Weight ~~ maintain or lose slowly.

Day/Moving Ave Weight/Calories Day Before/10-day calorie ave/Exercise/Comment
7/17 - 148.4 - 1495 - 10-day ave 1422 - 30-min walk-run intervals
I've been driving myself crazy about not losing despite cutting back to the point of going hungry, so I've changed my goals a bit. I'll be aiming for my sedentary maintenance calories (1430) plus up to half of what I earn in exercise -- happily, I'm finally back to daily walks/swimming and I'm looking at bikes. Now to resume weight training.... I've also changed my weight goal to 140, which will put me in the "normal" BMI range. I may eventually want to lose another 5-10, but I need to stop obsessing about that.
7/18 - 148.5 - 1401 - 10-day ave 1423 - 90-min slow zoo walk
Good day yesterday, although I had a bit more sodium than usual (and my actual weight went up). Last evening we went to the zoo and walked around the Indonesian Rain Forest exhibit for about 90 minutes, which was wonderful.
7/19 - 148.4 - 1345 - 10-day ave 1403
My iPad seems to have died so I'm guessing at my moving average, but my actual weight came back down, so this is close. Beautiful weather still, so I'm looking forward to a nice long walk. I'm feeling much less stressed about weight since I decided maintaining is fine!
7/20 - 148.4 - 1343 - 10-day ave 1383
I'm still guessing at my moving average, but my actual weight is holding steady, so this is close. All good. Rainy day today (which is good!) so I'll do my walking indoors at the Y. For the past few days I've been waking up with serious neck and lower back pain - no idea what happened all of a sudden, but I'm no a happy camper. I'm hoping to see a chiropractor today or Monday. Who has time for this nonsense??? Anyway, happy Friday, all.
7/21 - 148.4 - 1370 - 10-day ave 1316
The loss doesn't show since I'm using my moving average, but my actual weight is down & now equals my moving ave. Clothes are fitting looser no matter what the scale says. All good!
7/22 - 148.6 - 1704 - 10-day ave 1370
Little bit of a splurge yesterday, but no junk food! It will balance out today. Still all good.
7/23 - 148.2 - 1361 - 10-day ave 1383
On track, other than a lot of neck and lower back pain I've been fighting for almost a week. Happy new week!
7/24 - 148.2 - 1460 - 10-day ave 1396
Excellent. Keeping my 10-day average below my estimated TDEE (maintenance) of (depending on the calculator) 1430-1480 seems to be working. I went for a lovely walk yesterday morning along the St. Joe River Native Tree Walk, and spent some time in the gorgeous Master Gardener gardens at the county extension office. Perfect way to start the day. Seeing new chiropractor tomorrow, finally. Lunch today with a friend I haven't seen since 2012! I'm off now to study the menu.... Have a good one!
7/25 - 147.6 - 1297 - 10-day ave 1405
Could it be that I'm losing now that I've decided maintenance is fine? Sure, why not? We shall see.
7/26 - 147.8 - 1711 - 10-day ave 1449
I had a horrible afternoon yesterday running from chiropractor to doctor to x-rays and WAY too much time in waiting rooms trying to get a handle on my back & neck pain, so hubby took me out for dinner and I had a margarita, which bumped my calories up, but who cares? I'm down a pound for the round, and that's fine. On to R48!

Day/Weight/Comment
•7/17- 190.6 - Expected. All of my food yesterday was eaten in one hour last night. I was not doing OMAD, just didn't eat all day. This is a week about others and not me. Helping DIL with decorating for Granddaughter's 5th B'day party. That means I'm crafting decorations until 12m - 1am nightly. Yesterday and today helping my niece, who is like a daughter to me, set up her kitchen in her new house.
Next week I'm sure I'll be helping her with some other things as she and her family settle in. 45g carbs, 36g net carbs. Cauliflower and cheddar cheese soup, 2 cups!, salad greens, strawberries with almond butter and whipped cream, again.
•7/18 -190.2 - Early weigh in. Tired. Retaining fluid. Much to do for this b'day party, so full court press is on. 40g carbs, 32g net carbs. Peanut butter, salad, spinach, celery & apple in chicken salad. Too much coffee yesterday. I want coffee now.
•7/19 - 190.2 at 8:30am. 191.8 at 5:30am. Retaining fluid. 42g carbs, 26g net carbs. Lettuce, whole roma tomato, jalapeno slices, low carb flatbread, peanut butter.
•7/20 190 - Early weigh in. Surprised it's not more, since I had only 5 hours of broken sleep. Active mind, don't want to forget to take any decoration elements for DGD's party. Saturday at 2pm it will all over. Salad, pistachios and peanut butter. 44g carbs, 34g net carbs. Pistachios are VERY CARBY.
•7/21 - No weigh in. - Not much food yesterday, but a lot of extra calories over maintenance. Did not sleep all night. Stayed up decorating for party, fueled by peanut butter. 51g carbs, 46g net carbs. Peanut butter, broccoli slaw, poppyseed salad dressing.
•7/22 - 189.4 - Yesterday was B'day party day. Really surprised about the weight, not surprised about the carb count. Well, I'll see what tomorrow brings. I prepared my own food for yesterday and took it with me, but the outdoor mermaid party had to be indoors due to the pouring rain.
~17 children and probably that same number of adults in the house. It was easier to just eat the food in front of me. The bread was to fill me up and before eating it, I made up my mind to accept the consequences for it. Now my baby is "officially" 5. Her birthday was days ago, but she told me then that she's not five until she blows out her candles. Lol.
~187g carbs, 179g net carbs. Sandwich roll (2), potato chips (about 1/4 cup of broken pieces), cheese curls (2) and cupcake. Frozen fruit, tomato, lettuce. Totally exhausted. Peanut butter and sleep after returning home.
•7/23 - 190.2 - I can feel the tiredness through my body. 45g carbs, 37g net carbs. Fresh peach, cottage cheese, salad, salsa, peanut butter.
•7/24 - 188.2 - Early weigh in. 46g carbs, 34g net carbs. Spaghetti squash, salad, salsa, peanut butter, marinara sauce, watermelon, guacamole.
•7/25 - 188 - Early weigh in. 47g carbs, 36g net carbs. Spinach, spaghetti squash, marinara sauce, peanuts, strawberries
•7/26 - 188.2 - Early weigh in. A 1.4 pound loss for the round. Not too shabby for eating at a higher carb level. And bread! After today, I'll start cranking the carbs back down and see if I can get through the 180's in Round 48. MFP's 5 week weight projection said I'd be 189 lbs today. 33g carbs, 26g net carbs. Salad greens, spinach, marinara sauce, spaghetti squash.

Age 60, 5'4.5" and eating in a livable way = It's. Not. A. Diet. I eat back exercise calories, or I would be starving and cranky. Hubby does not like cranky me. Changed MFP setting 5/5/18 [R39] to 1/2# per week loss ~ within 10# of UGW, weight loss had stalled 3 months + was feeling hungry more often.
MFP SW 195 ~ Goals: #1 = 150 / #2 = 145 [normal BMI] / #3 = maintain 140 - 145 / no goal dates ~ I get there when I get there
Thrilled with my 2/15/18 annual physical: BP 110/68, pulse 64 and BMI 26.14
Ecstatic with my 5/15/18 annual workplace Health Risk Assessment: waist smallest since 2007 and BMI 25.6
My digital scale only has 1/2# increments, and I'm too cheap to buy a fancier scale. Weigh first thing in morning / comments reflect prior day.

Realized this morning that I have been weighing daily and posting about it for over nine months. At times, I was obsessive about it. With major work project kicking into high gear and personal life, think I need a break. Maybe I'll rejoin in another round or two. Take care all, and best wishes!

7/17 160.4 Last round was a yoyo but here we go again. Still having fun and enjoying the process. Not depriving myself but working on balance and being conscious of my choices.
7/18 160 Yay! I am so happy to get rid of that .4...This round should yield the 150's!!!
7/19 160 Is is cheating to take this though it was one of three weights when I stepped on the scale? Oh well, who cares, I am taking it!
7/20 159.8 Pretty good day even eating out at lunch. Enjoyed a nice morning shopping (mainly returning) and then lunch at True Food Kitchen, which has calorie counts listed on the menu! bonus! I estimated that they may be low when tracking, and stayed pretty much on target except for an extra spoon of chunky peanut butter, but it was just what I was craving.
7/21 158.2 Loving this big drop after last round's fail, though as I am learning the daily fluctuations are not the real indicator of overall loss. But still happy to see this number :-) I took the dogs for a walk before it got hot, and mostly stayed on target until after dinner. I have a weakness for sweets and "protein bars" are my current "legal" indulgence. I have a love hate relationship with them, because they are processed, not really that good, yet somewhat satisfy the craving and are measurable and semi non bingeable (as opposed to homemade cookies or scones, my former go-to for sweet tooth satisfaction) ***I just discovered and went for a Korean Scrub! Look it up and make it a reward! My skin is baby soft and it was such a unique experience!!***
7/22 159.4 Just got the HAPPY SCALE app, and for a data geek like me this is perfect! There are all sorts of way to track your progress and break the big goals down, love it! Thanks @MadisonMolly2017 for the recommendation! It tells me that if I continue at my current weight loss rate I will reach my final goal in 13 weeks. Love this!
7/23 WEIGH IN DAY 159 Yay! So happy to *FINALLY* be out of the 160's. To the 150's: I love you so much and appreciate your beauty, but am only passing through. I have been with you in the past, but its not where I want to live. I will be working hard to move on, and though I may occasionally visit in my future, it will only be a short one.
7/24 159 Pretty good day, feeling so much better about myself psychologically. I feel like in losing those first 10 or so lbs I am shedding negativity and gaining joy. I think it is because I am *mostly* in control. There is so little, actually nothing, that we can control in our lives. I am taught that lesson every day, but I can control what I put in my mouth, what thoughts I let in to my brain, and what I do physically with my body. On that note...Downloaded the C25K app...step one. I loved running until injuries stopped me, and now it's been 3 years since I've run. I miss the sweat, the endorphins, the zone. Now I have to start!
7/25 158.8 Good day mentally, the sun is shining a little more.
7/26 159 NSV-Monthly measurements (waist, thigh, hip) down 4.5 inches, my husband told me I look good, I wore my bikini with confidence (although just in my backyard lol), my tummy *feels* flatter10 -
Round 47- 1st round
SW 175
UGW 140
7/17- 175
7/18- 175 had a frappe today 🙄 but still stayed in my calorie range!
7/19- 174 woohoo! Don't feel so bad about having the frappe yesterday lol
7/20- 174 Had 1 Henry's hard grape soda last night. Didn't finish it all (didn't really care for it), still stayed in my calorie range. Other than this all I ever drink is water and 1-2 cups of coffee per day 😊
7/21- 173 yayy! I do not have a digital scale, it's just a basic old fashioned scale so I am not sure how accurate it is but I am definitely seeing and feeling a difference 😊
7/22- 173 Last night when I completed my food/exercise diary for the day, said I would be at 164.6 in 5 weeks if every day was the same! Awesome
7/23- 173 My scale said 171 when I first stepped on it and then I stepped on it again it was 173. (Really need new ones lol) I was actually a good bit under my calorie goal yesterday, not purposely. Started zumba last night also!
7/24- 172 😊 I really need to work on balancing my calories out more, like not eating so many at dinner time. That is where half my calories get used and more sometimes. I am still staying under my goal though.
7/25- 171 I'm so happy the hard work is paying off. 4 lbs down in 8 days. I'll be honest, yesterday was tough. I was so hungry in between meals that it was hard not to binge eat.
7/26- 170 Awesome! I ate bad last night, stayed within my calorie range until midnight. Lol but I did do a little extra workout too. Guess it helped😊. Ready to see what the next round brings!10 -

Round 47
7/17: 166.2 Want to get at or below 165 this round. Hoping that once TOM is done I will see progress. Slept great last night. Chugging along with C25k, on week 5.
7/18: 166.0/Rest day today
7/19: 165.8/Hello 165, I am so happy to see you. Had a change of schedule, exercised yesterday, today rest.
7/20: 165.8
7/21: 166.0/Had to wait all day to get my run in, but I did it. Got up this morning and ran in the misty rain. Feeling accomplished. Tomorrow I won’t have access to a scale.
7/22: no scale
7/23: 164.4/Surprise, sort of. I went to visit my mom and got a run in. Did very well with eating goals while surrounded by all my favorites(doughnuts, cheese, desserts, cocktails), but I might have pushed it too far. Felt terrible last night and had difficultly falling asleep. Rest day today.
7/24: 164.6/Yesterday was a struggle to keep on track. I was so hungry, nothing could satisfy me and just moody. I did stick to my goals and got a run in this morning. Today is a new day.
7/25: 164.2/Last night power went out and came back on a few hours later, so I got some poor quality sleep. I am so thankful I did not have to work today and got to sleep in a little bit. Now I am awake and groggy, didn't get my run in, but will at some point today!
7/26: 164.8/Felt horrible yesterday, headache and nothing would satisfy me. Had a cupcake. Went over calorie goal, but not excessively. I get caught in a trap of wanting to the weight to come off rapidly, but that is not how it works. I need to focus on setting realistic goals for myself. Overall good round, down 1.4 lbs.7 -

I looking forward to the next round!
