2015 to today. I was about 175 then and 141 now. I'm more or less happy with my weight, but I want to drop body fat percentage and gain a bit more muscle. Right now, my body fat is around 12.5% and I would like it to be 10% or less. I'm almost there

There is a massive difference! well done.
Just for your own personal use - try taking a pic once per week/2 weeks of the front and then side profile. Week to week you wont see it but when you're a couple of months in comparing the first to the latest one is a big motivator11 -

I’ve lost 55 total and want to lose another 15. The difference in this pic is about 25 lbs as I took it about halfway into my journey. Happy Sunday all!

FB sent my 2010 retirement photo at 376, age 62 with no activity.
2018, after five years on WW made GW 184 and Lifetime. CW 181, age 70, aqua aerobics 6X a week, swimming laps for 9 or 16 laps too!
