Busy week this past week, inadvertently skipped breakfast a couple of times. I usually eat at work and I was training a new employee.
Fun and busy weekend, mini golf, fishing...I love summertime!
Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.
Lowest since 1999: 195.
Original starting weight: 243 in 2015.
MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233
Goal: 180 in however long it takes.

I forgot to update the last 2 weeks! I lost 6.4lbs, even though I decided in the beginning of the month to increase my carb grams way beyond keto level.
I wanted to enjoy some fresh, in season fruits, one of the best things about summer! Very unexpected. Very happy!
