Hey guys, i set myself the goal of loosing 40
Pounds by December. My plan is to continue going to CrossFit and eating healthy. Who’s with me?

That's about 15-16 weeks, which would have you averaging greater than the 2 pound per week maximum rate MFP allows. Why the rush?4

Yeah it’s 20 weeks so yes about 2 pounds a week, not more.5

You said by, which is interpreted as before December starts.
Even 2 pounds a week is very aggressive when you only have 40 to lose. It took me about 6 months to lose that much and I was near 250 pounds to begin with.9 -

I'll go for 40 by December. Even if I lose 20 it's good to have a goal!

A calorie deficit is what makes you lose weight, so make that the central part of your plan.5

With ya on it too! Let's do it, but of course if ever you're feeling like you need that little extra granola bar or are finding the goal to be a little too demanding on your body, we'll support you either way. Losing any weight at all is exciting6

Im definitely in!! Ive just had a baby 2 weeks ago and put on 68lbs 🙈 ive lost 35 of them but still have a strong 34 to go and want it done by christmas if i can, if not then the latest i want to be at my goal is my birthday in April! Im currently weighing 190lbs and am 5 ft 9 add me!! Xxx5

I'm in as well I lost 99 lbs to gain 36 back in 8 months so it's time I get back on track asap5

I want to lose another 30 pounds by the end of the year. Count me in.2

I've lost about 42 so far. I alternate lifting weights and running (ok slow jog) religiously at least 6 days a week. My diet lately hasn't been quite where I want it though. I'm not eating terribly it could be better. I need motivation to get my diet back on track.3

I do elliptical every day or every other day for 45 to 90 minutes.0

I'll join you but I'll shoot for 30lbs. That's a little more realistic for me. I've learned that the closer I get to my healthiest weight, the harder it is to get it off. Fortunately, this time I'm not too close! Also, age makes it tougher too! Hoping to rise to the occasion.3
