    I'm baaaaack!! I know it's been a while but I have been on here reading and encouraging everyone on this page. I weighed myself today for the first time since July 11th and a lot has happened since then, ups and downs. Today was my preliminary weigh in before my final weigh-in on Saturday. I'm actually surprised what my weight was today, I expected something awful but it turned out pretty good... Stay tuned till Saturday.

    July 11th: 187.4
    August: 15: 190.8... right after my hike. I thought I gained more since increasing my carbs...3 lbs? I can knock that out! Grrr!
    August 18th: final weigh-in for the month

    Hang in there. Loss isn't always linear. I weigh daily, and average weekly and that shows a clearer picture of real losses. Lots of things can cause fluctuations. Keep at it, you will see results!

    Same here with the weekend struggle. So hard not to pig out on a Saturday night!

    Much better week! It's gonna be hard to hit my goal for the month, but as long as the the number on the scale doesn't go up, I'm okay with that.

    Hi! I did this challenge in July, very proud of myself! :)

    Total loss for July : 7.1 lbs.

    Here is for August:

    August starting weight (29.07): 164.9
    August goal : 156.0

    August 5 - 162.5 - I ate quite a lot but was also very active. happy the scale agrees :)
    August 12 - no scale this week so who knows?
    August 19 - 159.6 - not bad! :) One more week to go and I am going on vacation (maintenance break)
    August 26 -

    Total loss for August : 5.3 lbs
