Why are you only eating eggs?14

You lose weight by being in an overall calorie deficit. You're focusing on something that is irrelevant for weight loss. Just eat at a consistent and reasonable deficit each day.
I hope you're eating more than just eggs.16 -
A lot has been made about meal timing in the last few years but unless you're an elite athlete, it makes no difference when you eat or workout. Focus on being in a deficit consistently and you'll lose weight.13

On a ketogenic diet?5 -
Take a step back. Put down the magazine covers. Take a breath.
Weight loss is simpler than you think. It's also slower than you think. Once you accept those 2 ideas, then you can move on to the actual doing of weight loss.27 -

Oats and bananas are not part of a ketogenic diet. (fast link from MFP but I am sure there are other resources out there, maybe better).
Just try to count what you eat and keep in a deficit. The MFP app will help you with that, and your goals... let it do it's job.
And stay away, stay VERY away from those [product] diets (egg diet, cabbage soup diet, apple diet, etc) that claim they can do witchcraft and magic.11 -
1. You don't have to eat only eggs, oats and bananas to be successful
2. That doesn't sound like a ketogenic diet - where did you get this plan from?
3. Meal timing is irrelevant for weight loss
4. How much weight are you trying to lose? What rate of loss did you select?
5. Are you planning on eating back some exercise calories?

It all depends on the eggs with yolks. Are the yolks like, on top of the eggs?9 -

The answer to that depends on so many different factors that no one on earth can just say. Maybe if you were put into a metabolic ward they would have a way to find the answer but why does it matter? Even if your body burns only the eggs, you’re still down about 200 calories for the day. It’s like you never ate the eggs at all and had just fasted and skipped working out.

Why would it matter?
Why would it matter if you were also burning off yesterday's bananas and oatmeal?15 -

Eggs first. Oatmeal second. And I supposed that if the two touch each other the world will explode!
Well: you can't really burn the fat molecules you've just consumed until you've actually digested them. So I will bite and say that you're burning yesterday's eggs.
I hear that the "sticky" posts can be read for free. But if you buy a subscription to MFP you will get even better results than if you just use the free version.
This applies only to YOU. <not anyone else, just saying>17 -
I have never known of a person who likes eggs as much as you do3

Sorry but no one's body runs on optimal on only eggs, bananas and oats.
Fat loss isn't achieved by exercise, it is achieved by a calorie deficit. This is why people lose weight on diet alone. Exercise can help you create a bigger deficit and also is good for your body BUT it isn't how fat is lost. That's why you see some people who exercise like demons yet don't monitor their food intake and stay the same weight.
It doesn't matter what you eat pre or post workout unless you are an elite athlete. By that, I mean an Olympic level athlete.
I can guarantee you that you'll end up failing only eating eggs, oats and bananas, and you'll be right back where you started.
There is a lot of great advice on these forums in terms of the stickys so I would read through those to get a better understanding of how fat loss works.14 -

It's like a checking account with an overdraft line of credit. You put money (calories) in your account now and then - can be anytime. You take money (calories) out by spending them (on exercise or daily life activities in the case of calories). When you take the money out (or the calories), it really doesn't matter if you're taking out money you put in two weeks ago or yesterday.
Think of your stored body fat as your overdraft line of credit. If you spend all the current balance in your checking account (calories from the food eaten recently), you'll have to dip into your overdraft line of credit. You won't know it's happening at the time you spend the money (calories), but when you go look at your account balances (get on your bodyweight scale) you'll see that it has happened.
The big difference is that losing body fat is a good thing if you're overweight, and drawing on your overdraft line of credit almost never is a good thing.
It doesn't matter what your body is burning at any given moment. If you're in a calorie deficit - eating fewer calories than you burn - over time (day, week, whatever is practical), then you'll eventually burn calories from stored body fat, because sooner or later there's no place else your body can get the calories to burn. Since the calories don't have inventory numbers on them, or an inventory clerk to keep track of them, you don't know which calories are doing what, when. And there's no reason to care. Just care about whether you're in a calorie deficit overall, or not.15 -
This is the best advice about losing weight that I've ever gotten: If you aren't willing to give it up forever, then don't give it up for a weight loss diet. It's pretty simple - eat less food and get more activity. Things like the egg diet, the cabbage soup diet, the military diet, keto, etc and etc WILL backfire on you because eventually you will come off the diet and eat all those favorites that you've been denying yourself. Believe me - I once believed I was the exception to the rule. I wasn't. You aren't.16
-
I'll try to keep it simple instead of giving you the eggspanded form-
It makes no difference as to which order your body is burning the Calories you have consumed.15 -
