I weigh once a week usually on Friday. Just wondering how often everyone else weighs!

Daily.
I also use a trending app to smooth out fluctuations. Seeing the scale go up doesn’t bother me.9 -
Obsessively.... like multiple times a day... I need a support group 😞14

This would be me, too. It has helped me tremendously to put things into perspective, as it used to make me really upset if the scale went up when it really shouldn't have.2 -
Our scale at home does not carry my weight yet - so I go to the gym once in a while, they got a proper scale there!

Once a week, at the moment more focused on how my body feels and looks like than the number on the scale2

I weigh myself weekly. Every Friday morning. My weight fluctuates during the week and the scales say ive gained sometimes during the week and I can’t deal with that. Once a week is enough for me haha3

Daily, but only because I use a separate app which smooths out fluctuations. I log mainly there and log once or twice a week here. Previously I tried only weighing in once a week but found it very difficult not to get discouraged if there was a gain. Weighing daily, I can see more clearly how things fluctuate which helps me deal with days when the number goes up.4

Officially once a week, in the morning and before breakfast. That's the only number I track and write down.
I might check once or twice midweek to see if I'm still on track but won't register that.

Daily in the morning after using the bathroom
I then log it on a weight trending app (libra)1 -
Once a week on Friday morning. If it is not what I expected I weigh again on Saturday.1
-
Daily and I keep a casual eye on general trends.
Fluctuations don't bother me at all, they are normal and expected.2 -
Daily at home and track on happy scale then weekly for my official weigh in using the scales at Boots.1
-
(Almost) Daily.
It's such an easy thing to do why not I think.

Once a month, otherwise I get crazy and obsessive and if I'm disappointed one day, I can't reason with myself and I binge. So yes, only once a month4
-
1. I weigh my food all the time.
2. I weigh myself whenever I happen to feel like it. If I do #1, I know from experience that the process will work because it always does, so I rarely feel the need to weigh myself more than maybe a couple of times per month. If I weighed myself any more often than that, the lies of the scale would make me think the process doesn't work and I might be inclined to make a short-term decision based on a bad data point or two.1 -
Daily in the morning. I wake up, get the dog up, take her to the bathroom, make coffee for me and the hubby, use the restroom, weigh in. THEN I get to enjoy my coffee. I only log here once a week but I log every day on the Libra app. It has the trend but it also tells you rate of loss. It's nice to see the trend going in the right direction. I also like having loss rate so I know it's going in the right direction at the right speed.1

I log daily on an app but hop on and off the scales out of curiosity around tea time and bed time, I always seem to lose 2lb overnight it's quite fascinating.
I normally only log losses on here and usually only if I see the same number twice within a week.2 -
every Tuesday.1

I weigh myself no more than once a week to see whether I'm losing weight, since day to day doesn't tell you much. However for MFP purposes, I log my weight daily...for science!2
-
Once per week. I've just recently restarted MFP. My primary focus is tracking every morsel of food that passes over my lips, increasing my daily water intake to 8-10 glasses per day, and starting to exercise daily. I know from past experiences that if I do those things, my weight will go down so try to not focus on "the number" but instead, focus on choosing healthier options every day.1

I weigh daily and log it in a trending app. Scale fluctuations used to bother me tremendously until I started weighing daily and going by the trend.2
-
I am a big data geek so I weigh almost daily.1
