I'm not going anywhere but if anyone would like to run things and add more information to the main thread, or even just have me add to the original thread feel free to speak up. I took this over for @b3achy long ago, but am certainly willing and happy to share the responsibility. It's pretty simple, just craft the monthly post, add to or change it how you see fit, and check in regularly and respond if at all possible to new people. Easy peasy as @b3achy used to say.1

Well, this is a start for me. Seems like I only think about doing planks in the morning. However, even with these few I am feeling some exercise soreness in my core (muffin top!). Plus, I try to have better posture and suck in my gut several times a day.
