That is a personal fave.
CICO does work, doesn't mean you'll be healthy or look like you want if all you worry about is calories in and out though. But yeah, it works.....2 -
HCG diet. Take these drops and you'll lose a pound a day. Oh also eat only 500 calories. I never tried it but my friend was going to. I strongly advised her against it but was told to *kitten* off. Whatever.0

On a recent cruise, I was working out on the boat and heard bits of this "Lose Belly Fat" seminar going on. I heard things like "chemical buildup" and "need to cleanse". Facepalm !1

There was someone in here the other day wanting to know if the „eggs but with yolks” diet makes them burn fat, or if it burns what they just ate. Which was totally ketogenic, including the oats.
[Inset Food] diets - cabbage diet, apple diet, whatever.
Cleanses and detoxes.
Only eat before a certain hour diets.

A doctor (that I fired afterwards) told me I MUST eat meat and grains to live. Umno. I don’t NEED those things to live.0
