A good cycling week - stuck to my training plan and rode well.
I'm doing two moderate rides (moderate distance & intensity), one long ride and one (very) hilly ride per week.
176 miles for the week, 518 miles for the month.
Thought I would stop and catch my breath before tackling this one....

11 miles of singletrack tonight. Had a nasty crash on a transition from a skinny bridge to a skinny bridge. Was tired and got sloppy. Smashed my knee up on my pedal and piledrived my shoulder into the ground. One of those crashes where you gingerly try out your appendages to make sure they all work and point the correct direction.

Went to Big Sky Mountain and did downhill mountain biking! OMG it was awesome! I felt like a kid. My miles include the chair lifts so it's definitely less but I didn't feel like stopping Strava each ride.
