Day/Weight/Comment
8/16 155.2 Weak start as far as my eating yesterday for this challenge as I overindulged and did not track my meal last night, but it was good. I expect a bump up tomorrow from the carbs (rice, garlic bread, alcohol, ice cream)
8/17 156.2 Yesterday another wth day, ate well all day until after dinner toast with butter, ice cream, basically a binge. Not really sure what is going on, but if I had to guess I would say...I am feeling bored and am seeking "variety" through eating, plus that "full" feeling when you eat a lot of carbs. As I was eating the ice cream it didn't even taste that good or satisfy, but I finished it anyway. I guess it's why I am here. It's hard sometimes to deal with the relationship with food. It's not like we can go cold turkey and stop eating. One day at a time.
8/18 155 Woke up with a migraine- movies last night, popcorn. Eating still not good. Dairy causing breakouts. Headaches. Body is telling me.
8/19 154.2 Stayed down most of yesterday recovering from the migraine, it's so strange how our bodies choose to let go of weight. I have had a "bad" week so far eating macros and over calories, yet I am now dropping. Just another lesson to trust the process and stay the course. I am not beating myself up for induging, because I am not on a diet. I am merely making smarter choices with occasional treats. My whole life I have done the yoyo, though this is the highest (171) I let myself go. Where I usually run into problems is not in losing the weight, that is the easy part. The hard part is when I am thin and I think I can just eat whatever I want. And there it comes back again. The only time I really maintained was when I was a runner, though I lacked tone. I have not gotten myself active again though it is necessary as part of the whole picture, but school starts next Tuesday so there will be no more excuses then!
8/20 Weigh in Day 154.6 Down 1 lb since last weigh in. I found some notes from 2009 with my weight and measurements, I weighed 147 and am curious to see what my measurements will be now 9 years later when I reach that number. I better get my butt moving if I want to match or beat them since for sure I was running back then!
8/21 154.4 Just another day. I started tracking my migraines in my fitbit app so I can maybe finally see what the triggers are. (other than overthinking induced)
8/22 156.2 Bloating from excess calories and carbs yesterday. This has been an off round :-(
8/23 154.4 Good day yesterday, long hilly walk with the dogs, ate below my target, not hungry. I think I am finally getting out of the mood slump. It is all tied together, not sure if the mood causes the eating or the eating causes the mood! NSV lost 2 inches on my monthly waist/hip/thigh measurements.
8/24 154 So excited to see this number, hoping for another fraction down by end of round! I have been averaging 1 lb a week, would love to incease that but down is good. I read everyone's posts, though I don't often reply, and thank you all for your honesty and support, it really helps me stay the course.
8/25 154.6 Rough start to this round, but pulled it together at the end. I am on an upswing as far as my mood and activity, so overall a success.9 -

Highest Weight = 172 lbs
Initial Goal Weight = 139 lbs (last weighed this is 2013)
Ultimate Goal Weight = 129 lbs (last weighed this in 2011)
Round 50 Goal: to be out of the 150's and into the 140's
Exercise Plan = The Betty Rocker 90 Day Challenge (in weeks 5-6 of 12), run outside 3-4 times a week, get 8,000-10,000 steps/day
Nutrition Plan = Continue to limit gluten, dairy, sugar, diet soda, alcohol & eat non-processed foods, protein/fruit/veg at every meal, complex carbs at breakfast and post workout meal, drink plenty of water.
8/16 = 151.2 (no change from yesterday) Yesterday was a rest day in my 90 day challenge, so I just went for a short run. I ate okay but still low on my calories, I need to get to the grocery store and do some meal prep! I'm missing my daughter, who is still away, but I'm very proud of myself that I have been able to enjoy this alone time and not worry about her like I was afraid I would. It helps that I'm getting daily pictures of her doing fun things and she has a happy, relaxed smile in each one. Today, I've got my day 28 workout to do & I want to get in a short run as well and then lots of house cleaning & laundry to do. I wish everyone a great start to round 50, this is a great challenge to be a part of! "What you do today, can improve all your tomorrows."
8/17 = 151.2 (no change from yesterday) 3rd day in a row at this weight, but I had a big loss last round, so a bit of a slow down is to be expected. I completed the 1st month of my 90 day challenge yesterday and am scheduled to start the 2nd month today but my body is rebelling. It's giving me all the nopes in regards to working out today. I'm going to take today and tomorrow off and start the 2nd month exercises on Sunday. My fitness group that I am a part of has a saying...."all or something", so I am allowing myself to listen to my body and pick this up next week. Have a great weekend everyone!
8/18 = 151.5 (up .3 from yesterday) I spent last night at my sister's & I didn't have my scale with me this morning, so I used hers, so this may or may not be a real "gain". There is no reason for it, so it doesn't bother me. Today was my 2nd rest day and I was still not feeling 100% when I woke up. I finally went to the grocery store and I'm prepped to have my nutrition back on point tomorrow when I re-start up again with my workouts. I'm feeling better after dinner tonight of beef tenderloin, broccoli, and rice, thinking maybe my iron was low. I'm going to start back up with multi-vitamins this week, I've gotten out of the habit and need to better with this.
8/19 = 151.2 (down .3 from yesterday) Back down to this number again, which is fine. I have a big event on Thursday and I just got my dress back from being altered and don't want to lose too much weight this week and have it be too loose. It fits perfectly right now, so I'm okay with maintaining this week if that is what happens. I ate closer to maintenance today but I got in a lot of exercise. Did my day 29 of 90 workout, went for a run, & a long walk.
8/20 = 150.8 (down .4 from yesterday) Scale is moving again! So close to being under 150, but I think that might not happen and stick until the next round. I definitely will go over calories on Thursday night with drinks as well as food and then it will probably take the last 2 days to rebound. I will be mindful of what I eat and drink at this event, but I also am taking it as a "no strings attached" evening. I plan on enjoying myself in a reasonable manner and then getting right back to eating at a deficit the next day. Today is a rest day on my 90 day challenge but I plan on getting a long walk in as I'm in a steps challenge in another group. Have a great start to this new week everyone!
8/21 = 150.1 (down .7 from yesterday) Yesterday was a good day, got in lots of steps for a "rest day" and ate well within my calories. The horrible humidity were were having has stopped, hopefully gone for the rest of the summer and there is a cool breeze which is nice change for August. In other news, my daughter and I met with a new doctor yesterday to work on a new protocol for her anxiety and OCD medication and I really liked him, which is such a relief. There is so much stress in my life, parenting her through this, but taking care of myself and making my health and well-being a priority, makes it all so much more manageable. We will switch her over to the new medication on Saturday, hoping it will be seamless and a non-event. "Today is my tomorrow. It's up to me to shape it, to take control, and seize every opportunity. The power is in the choices I make each day. I eat well. I live well. I shape me."
8/22 = 149.7 (down .4 from yesterday) I'm under 150!!! Last time I weighed this low was 2 years ago, very happy to see this number Hope I can make it stick for the end of the round, but if it bumps up a little, it will for sure by the next round. Yesterday I did my day 31 of 90 exercises: Squat Thrusts, Low Push Slide, Reverse Dragon Lunge with High Kick, Active Bicycles, Cross Body Mountain Climbers, Skinny Sumo, & Single Leg Bridge Lift and went for a 2 mile walk. Today is a yoga day and will try for a walk but it is a little drizzly. I took my 1 month progress photos for the 90 day challenge yesterday and yes, changes are happening! Definitely a noticeable reduction in my mid-section, Yay for progress!
8/23 = 149.3 (down .4 from yesterday) Super busy day yesterday but somehow not a lot of steps. I didn't get my workout in because I kept prioritizing other things ahead of it. Lesson learned get it in earlier than later. I finally finished everything I had to do and it was 9 p.m. and I hadn't worked out or had dinner. I chose to have dinner and call it a night. By calling it a night, I mean get in bed with a glass of wine and watch the Real Housewives of NY reunion show. Yes, I skipped yoga for the Real Housewives, sorry not sorry Saturday is a scheduled rest day, so I'm just going to swap that around with yesterday so as too not get behind on my challenge. I have my black tie event tonight and while I'm not totally crazy in love with my gown, I am happy with how I look in it. 2 months ago I would've skipped this event because of how I looked back then. So glad I started this journey to make these changes both inside and out. "It's not just the weight you lose, but the life you gain."
8/24 = 149.9 (up .6 from yesterday) I'll take this number and be happy with it. Super pleased to still be under 150 as I have no idea what my calories were yesterday. I don't think I was too over in calories with the food at the party but way too many adult beverages. Drinking lots of water today and have a good, sweaty workout on the schedule. One more day to go friends, let's all finish the round strong!
8/25 = 149.9 (no change from yesterday) Goal met for this round!! I lost 1.3 pounds this round and am thrilled to be starting the next round in the 140's. See you all in Round 51...
Good job! Can't wait to follow your progress in round 51 You are killing it!2 -

8/16: 70.1 - Okay okay, I've been putting off posting here today because the number is higher than I would like. Pretty sure it's just a fluctuation, completely normal and nothing to worry about. I say: worrying. Anyway, an okay day yesterday. Ate fine, but had a packaged wrap for lunch and Chinese takeaway for dinner. Both salty and would which pretty much explain gain on the scales this morning. Takeaway is always hard to account for, so I hope that I've over estimated, but I could well have underestimated. Also did a bunch of scraping wallpaper glue off the walls which probably would burn some of those potentially extra calories but I have no idea how to log those, so I've not bothered. Can't believe I'm over half way through my maintenance week already.
8/17: 69.6 - Well, that's more like it, very much on track to maintain well this week. Difficult day yesterday, spent quite some time being very nervous about the interview I had today (it went well I think) and so food thoughts were not my top priority. Drank plenty of water in a hope of sorting out the saltiness of the previous day. Food wise, a slightly odd day. Not hungry at all in the morning, so had a protein bar I keep in my desk for snacks at around 10:30 (way later than normal). Then ate leftover takeaway with some rice for lunch, which felt like it should've been more filling than it was, but was enjoyable to eat. Then was ravenous when I got home and so ate what ended up being a modest sized dinner fairly early then wasn't very hungry for the rest of the evening. In fact I had to munch on a packet of crisps to get me close to my goal allowance. Still a little under, but only just.
8/18: 69.9 - A late weigh in, so was probably a little lower, but I stayed at a friend's so didn't have scales until I got home. I was expecting it to be a bad day yesterday with dinner and wine at my friend's, but then we skipped dessert as we weren't hungry and ended up only a little over my goal.
8/19: 69.0 - (I actually started writing this yesterday, but then we were in the car and I can't look down in the car) I mean I'm happy, but at the same time, I know that it's a down flux so I'm not going on that. Besides, still supposed to be maintaining. Anyway, ate my lazy food and was expecting to be a little over, then dinner again was very small and then I was under what I wanted to have to for the day. Ate some crisps trying to bump up the calories, but still ended up under. I also spent about 4 hours painting our hallway and was completely shattered by the end of the day. Week at maintenance completed. I'm actually going to push going back to deficit one day for tomorrow as we have a BBQ and I'll probably go over anyway, so I might as well make it planned. Also, easier to start deficit for me on a Monday.
8/20: 69.4 - Went for a BBQ for lunch yesterday. I'm 100% certain I have under logged because there was lots of nibbles that I have no idea how much I had. However, we also did some playing football with my boyfriend's nephews and some diy in the evening, so burnt some more calories than I'm probably accounting for too. I also didn't eat anything other than lunch, so although it was all my calories for the day, it was also all I ate for the day. Avoided all the things that I didn't really want eat (cheese on my burger, bread, baps), to save room for the food I really did want (meat, meat, & more meat). So I felt like I managed the situation reasonably well.
8/21: 69.5 - Back on the deficit. Forgot all my tricks to actually make a filling lunch and so had breakfast and lunch that were way too few calories and so I was ravenous all day (not making that mistake again today). When I ate dinner, I managed to have that "full, but also really hungry" feeling in my belly which was not very fun. I'm going to arbitrarily blame carbs because I had significantly less than I normally do. So I then had a slice of bread and felt much better. Judo in the evening, which I didn't eat back barely any of the calories for and yet I still felt overfull when training. All in all just a bit of a toughie yesterday trying to get back into the deficit.
8/22: 69.5 - Much better yesterday. Still hungry during the day, but ate enough when I got home to not feel starving in the evening. Was right at the bottom of my calorie range even though I was expecting to be higher up, so I'm calling it a win. Especially as I was able to have icecream 🍦(yaaaas). Did some housework as our house is a complete mess right now (with the decorating). Hoping to see a little movement on the scales again soon, but I'm trusting the process and staying the same is always better than going up. Lets go!
8/23: 69.8 - This number does not express the amount I went over my goal yesterday. Even over my maintenance number too. It was all going fine until my partner cooked dinner and I actually ate it all. When he cooks I normally budget more calories than normal, but I know that if he cooks way too much food (which happens occasionally), then I'll leave some for the next day. That didn't happen. Instead I ate all the food, felt really very uncomfortably full afterwards. And then the dessert too. When I wasn't hungry. And it was delicious. Uuuuugh. Tbf we ate late as we were playing with puppies (and burning calories running after them ), so that probably contributed to the over eating, but still. Made sure I spent the rest of the evening tidying and doing more housework so should've burnt some extra calories doing that. Probably not that much of a difference, but still something. Actually got over my steps target yesterday too!
8/24: 69.0 - Well that was unexpected. Sure, yesterday was really good. Not only was I under calories, but I also stopped eating dinner because I was full. Left overs are sitting in a little tub in the fridge, and may become a calorie free snack today (because it's already logged for yesterday). I'd expect the number to rise somewhat tomorrow though. Aside from that, somehow I feel like it was a quite active day, but I'm not sure why. Did some gardening and puppy proofing it (no more gaps in our hedge), little bit of tidying but that's it.
8/25: 69.0 (this is the third time writing this post, my app keeps deciding to refresh the page just before I post 😒 excuse the shortness) happy with this. Kept well on target yesterday, and avoided a takeaway for dinner
Round 50 round up:
Down 0.8kg Considering half of the round was in maintenence mode I'm really happy with that. My diet break was exactly what I needed to refocus and stick to my goals and its definitely working9 -

Life and work is super hectic right now. Hence the lack of daily details. But I’m eating within my calorie goal everyday and constantly trying to drink enough water and prioritize getting good sleep. I’m still taking it very easy with working out (for the past couple of weeks) and only working my upper body when I do. I’ve also been feeling under the weather and exhausted the past week. Very unhappy with not being able to exercise properly but slowly trying to get back into it. Letting my body dictate when it needs rest and then slowly getting back into my daily workout routine again.
8/24 - 109.4
Going out to dinner with friends tonight and I’ll stay within my calorie range for sure but there will be alcohol and I’ll enjoy my time to the fullest. Not worried about the food at all and I know I can stick with healthy food. But It’s been about 6 months since I’ve had an alcoholic beverage. Will need to remind myself not to beat myself up about enjoying good company and life, when I see a bump tomorrow in the weight.
8/25 - Did not weigh-in
Slept in and was out the door right after waking up, so no weighing in today.

Unbelievable.
I can’t quite remember my lowest weight over the years when I dieted, but I know I’ve never gotten below 160 in my adult life.
0.3 to go until I’m in the 150’s, which I plan to be in for the rest of my life. A slow, long journey (on purpose), but so worth it, as I’ve developed so many micro habits gradually.
The key for me: I wasn’t addicted to food; I was addicted to eating out. It took me about 18 months to g r a d u a l l y reduce that to 2 times a week & 22 months to kick it completely. Then the weight really began to drop off.
8/22 161 Trend wt: 160.5 Loss/wk: 1.1
I couldn’t figure out why I was chasing hunger all day. Ended up taking a girlfriend out to lunch, telling myself “I must need calories” LOL Oh, my trickster mind! I tracked & stayed under calories, but sodium was 1840mg (high for me), thus the water gain.
Thanks to @cmriverside who resurrected an old veggie/fruit challenge, I realized my goal of 8-10 3oz servings of fruit/veg had gradually decreased. That’s why I’ve been hungry, I think.
Ever onwards as we notice, create solutions, and practice them. Ever vigilant & committed.

Yesterday was labs & doctor appt day. I had breakfast AND lunch out (and I eat out never to once a month).
Veg/Fruit: 6.43 / 28oz (Lowest in over a year) crazy.
I saw how I ate 2-2/3 years ago. Eating out. Hardly any fiber; starch & sugar heavy. I felt queasy, so I kept walking after each meal instead of sitting. Funny thing was the food didn’t taste that good. I’m actually to the point that I like my food better. Ha!
It’s a great reminder to me of:
* How much better I feel now.
* How much I have changed & optimized my nutrition, cooking at home & movement/fitness.
* How I still remained under maintenance, i.e. I did not throw in the towel & go nuts yesterday, but walked and walked and ate well in the evening, tracked all.
During the night & this morning, I’ve been lightly aching all over. Dawning on me it might be from yesterday’s foods.
But here’s the BEST news: ALL of my labs were Excellent!!!
If you are out there wondering if it’s all worth it, it most definitely is. EVERY LAB VALUE is normal (blood pressure, weight, O2, pulse, Vit D, cholesterol, kidney & liver function, electrolytes, blood work, etc.) and some are even better: HA1C of 3.8.
Take it slowly, identify WHY you want to be healthier, and make a small change each week. It works. It really does.
You. Will. Be. Healthier. Than. You. Ever. Thought. Possible.

Things are going well!
See you next round!!
Cheers!

8/16- Did to much outside, and made my face swell I am having a hard time cutting down from steroids. Walking helps alot!
8/17- My steps were down today. Lack of sleep has been hard on me. I start my cut backs again so I don't take one steroid today and then tomorrow I take one they are very hard on me. I can hardly wait to be done with them.
8/18 - Still having a rough day! Goal for tomorrow going, outdoor a long walk! I don't know if cutting back steroids is making me swell n my face. But I have to go Monday to the doctors.
8/19 Feeling a lot better today. Walking steps 11,258. Eating healthier today.
8/20_ Went to the Cancer Hospital today had an appointment with my team doctor, I am doing 100%. She said I owe to keeping up with my normal day, Started my treatments the end of June and today included no symptoms at all. My test EEG brain waves was perfect which means no seizures. Now I am done there ,until November for MRI. I am very fortunate.
8/21- Been doing great for walking , I have been trying to push harder each day. I went on my treadmill today kept
going just like before I had surgery in March. I have to get my weight down again, hopefully next week once
I am finished my steroids.
8/22 Trying to get my steps up, did lots of walking today. Eating healthy!
8/23- Had lots of swelling in my face and all the way up my throat. Still managed to get my steps over 10,000.
8/24- Did lots of walking today. Completed most of the week over 11,500 steps. Had my longest sleep last night, 10:45 - 4:00am
8/25- Hopefully, my last day of steroids, they have been really hard on me to taper off them, I still have a lot of swelling ( lots of body parts to list) hopefully I get back on track.

8/15 189.5* (* denotes weigh in on scale that is at the new house not my usual apartment scale)
8/16 - Thursday - 187.0* - As much as I'd like to base my goal of this number not yesterdays - I know that's not realistic. I didn't eat enough yesterday as it was too hot to cook and I didnt have an appetite either. I also weighed on not my scale again and tomorrow will be on my scale, so I'm taking all these numbers as data, but not very specific data. Like I said last round - more focus on my mental health these days. No lunch packed as I'm VERY in limbo - DH wants moes for lunch and I started panicking that it wasnt healthy and would cost too much. But guess what - it is what it is! So instead, I'm rejoicing that I get to eat a quesadilla and realizing that I already planned a little financial cushion this week because we need to eat and cooking thru this is not realistic. I definitely have a caloric cushion too because I've been undereating surprisingly these past few days.
8/17 - Friday - 189.0 - Moving day. Hot. Humid. Thunderstorms. Got it done. We are bruised and battered but I am in awe of what I accomplished. Saying thanks to my body for being the beast I forgot it could be. I did one season of heavy lifting way back when and would love to get back into it! I definitely didnt expect moving to make me love my body more but it did.
8/18 - Saturday - 186.5* - ate fried chicken after completing what felt like a heroic feat of a move. Unpacking some boxes today but taking it easy. Havent been sore like this in a long time but I don't mind one bit. a reminder of what I accomplished. Went grocery shopping for some things for the week.
8/19 - Sunday - 189.5* - Made a nice big breakfast, but not much of an appetite. Enjoyed the morning at the new house with DH and coffee on the porch though. Went out to run errands and get some yard working supplies. Took the pup to the local arts and crafts fair. Came home and had a light lunch of leftovers and walked. Took back my bird watching shed from the rhododendron that was trying to eat it and did some weeding. Shook out the rugs and brought them all in. DH took me out for ice cream at our new local farm! Pup got one too and we watched the cows in the field. Home for dinner (we ate backwards ) and DH cooked chicken quesadillas while I made some more progress on Laundry and closets. Can't believe what we accomplished in one weekend. Plenty of house projects to keep us busy like that for the next 30 years!
8/20 - Monday - 189.0* - Need to bring my scale to the house! Getting back to a routine, or trying to atleast! Lots of projects going on! Happy to be maintaining!
8/21 - Tuesday - 188.0* - Yesterday was another really busy evening with house chores. Things NEEDED to get done last night so dinner was late. We still found some time to relax and reconnect and make sure we are still on the same page and happy. We had a chicken Cesar salad for dinner around 9:30 and it hit the spot. I realized that I've been a bit panicked the past few days. We just changed our lives 100% and I'm scared and nervous and stumbling my way thru things right now. But this is how I grow. I know that stepping out of my comfort zone means heeby jeebies - but it also means huge opportunities for a brighter future. Here's to being brave and being better every day!
8/22 - Wednesday - 186.5* - Forgot my scale AGAIN yesterday. Womp womp. I would consider just sticking with the scale I've been using but the 1/2 lb increments kind of drive me nuts. So, I'll use it for now and readjust when I switch back to my old one. I told DH how scared I was about everything last night. It felt good to just let it all out. He kindly reminded me that a healthy fear is good - it means you're striving for something better. He also shared his fears and we were able to build each other back up. So I'm feeling a bit rejuvenated today. DH cooked sausage pepper and onion sandwiches for dinner. TOM finally arrived this morning. Thinking of starting to track basal temps and such to see if I can track ovulation and get a little more familiar with my body before we start ttc. Got a consignment couch for the interim until we decide what we want for furniture - and got the cable set up and finally hung out in the living room last night. Have to finish moving the last things from the apartment and clean it this weekend so lots more physical activity coming up! I've been sleeping really well at the new place, whether I'm exhausted or it's very calming I'm not sure yet but I'll take it!
8/23 - Friday! - 185.5* - Planned to have BIL over last night, after he rescheduled from Tuesday. Moved schedule around only to be blown off at the 11th hour, again. Grrrr. Learning to LET IT GO. A blessing in disguise perhaps, anyway? Was going to order out, but went to the grocery store after weeding away my frustrations. Still eating a lot of "convenience" foods - some frozen lunch entrees, lots of sandwiches, pasta. But still maintaining that downward trend! Happy to be learning what my balance is. Things will shake out and shape up as we get more settled. Ever reminding myself to trust the process. Final weekend to clean up apartment and lots of outdoor chores at the house - lots of water today to prepare!!!
8/24 - Saturday - 184.0 - house and yard work like crazy! Swam at the town beach and got pulled pork pizza and onion rings yum
8/25 - sunday - 185.5 - so much pizza. Worth it. More moving today. Here's my horoscope reminding me to trust the process. " It takes time, seasons sometimes, for certain aspects of our lives to take root. Don’t cut off healthy growth just because it’s not as far reaching as you think it should be by now. Find ways to encourage all that you love to keep taking shape." -chain nichols3 -

8/16 203.7 Got my steps in. Was mindful of what I ate, only took a small piece of the birthday treat someone brought in. No late night bingeing. Was going to exercise, had all good intentions at work but when I got home didn’t happen.
8/17 201.9 Yes!!!! Large weight loss hopefully yesterday's number was high and this number is correct. Very hopeful that the first number may be replaced by a 1. It has been years.
8/18 201.7 I need to really watch what I eat this week end because my weight gains always show up on Monday and Tuesday. Yesterday I kind of fell apart with eating right. Today's goals WATER. I don't drink much water on the weekends.
8/19 202.4
8/20 203.4 Not as bad as I was expecting. I need to get my act together on weekends.
8/21 204.1 Monday and Tuesday weight up definitely seeing a pattern. Now time to go down.

8/22(Wed) – 183.6; 4,000 steps. Worked full day then picked girls up from daycare and made them dinner and put them to bed. Not many steps but I was tired after chasing a 10 month old and a 3 year old after work. Had a great time with them! I need to watch my snacking at night!
8/23(Thurs) – 183.6; 11,300 steps. My exercise is really lacking this week with John home and so many activities after work. I went for a walk in the rain and didn’t even melt!
8/24(Fri) – 183.8 Not sure weighing myself every day is a good thing for me, I get a little obsessive.
8/25(Sat) – 183.8. Good that I haven’t gained with John here.
1.2 lbs. lost
Not much lost for 10 days, but I am satisfied. We had quite a few meals out this week, my son from NYC was here. Ready for the next round!1 -
I missed the end of this round, and missed thanking @abowersgirl , @countrycreek , and @deepwoodslady for commenting on the puppy pictures. Thanks for sharing my puppy's enjoyment; he was having a good time during round 50!1
