    8/20 - 184 - Fluid retention has been horrible. Finally some relief today.

    8/27 - 182.4 - Fluid retention still hanging on. My usual Monday situation.

    8/28 - 182 - Fluid retention STILL hanging on, but the weight is steadily dropping. This is a new experience for me.

    I couldn't believe it when I hit Onederland either. Even now, my mind is not fully wrapped around it. I see other challenge members weight in the low 200's and I think to myself, oh, they're the same weight as me. Smh. Gonna take me a while.

    I'm still working on restricting how much I eat and how late in the evening I eat. I'm stoked that it's working. I'm crossing my fingers for a 1 lb loss this week! I have not been exercising in the past two weeks but hopefully in Sept I can get back on track.

    It's been a little difficult these past few days since I hurt my shoulder (not sleeping the right way somehow). Thank goodness for moms! (She helped massage my shoulder the past Thursday and Sunday.)

    The August 28th Einstein T-Shirt photo is becoming an annual tradition!

    44 lbs gone between the first picture in 2016 and today. The T-shirt is actually a bit too big to be flattering anymore, but I was keeping to the theme! :) Wish I could find it in a smaller size...it was a limited edition thing...I digress...

    Wishing I was at goal, but I had a long plateau and things are just starting to move again in the last few weeks. I'll get there when I get there. 20 or so lbs to my first long-term goal and then I'll reevaluate.

    I feel so much better than I did when that first picture was taken. :) Onward!

    I just saw this so I'm late but I started working out and running in first week of August joined MFP a few weeks ago... as of today

    Original starting weight : 200 ( I didn't buy a digital scale until August 15 )
    August current weight : 192.4
    Total pounds lost in August : 7.6 lbs.

    One idea; when you are at goal weight, get a really good photo of the Einstein image. Then take it to be “copied” onto a shirt that fits you like a glove :)

    Congrats again! Einstein would be proud!

    Great idea! I love the shirt...I just don't want it to fit anymore! I found one for sale on Etsy size L, but it is in Malaysia and it's nearly $100 USD with shipping! The one I have is XXL. Too rich for me...

    August weight loss: 5.2 lbs - pretty proud of walking like a fiend during my vacation and not overdoing it on food. Onwards to September!

    Weigh in days, I guess wednesdays

    8/08 - 141.3 (2 lbs down) I was doing so well that I was hoping for a bigger loss but now that I've converted my measurements into pounds Im kinda happy :p

    15/08 - 139.5 (1.8 lbs down)

    22/08 - 140.2 ( 0.7 lbs up) - had guests and housework, plus went out for the weekend :-/ but august is not over yet!

    31/08 - 139.1 - total loss for August 4.2 lbs, so, I guess its good, would be nice if i lost as much in September :smiley:
