I couldn't believe it when I hit Onederland either. Even now, my mind is not fully wrapped around it. I see other challenge members weight in the low 200's and I think to myself, oh, they're the same weight as me. Smh. Gonna take me a while.3 -

I'm still working on restricting how much I eat and how late in the evening I eat. I'm stoked that it's working. I'm crossing my fingers for a 1 lb loss this week! I have not been exercising in the past two weeks but hopefully in Sept I can get back on track.
It's been a little difficult these past few days since I hurt my shoulder (not sleeping the right way somehow). Thank goodness for moms! (She helped massage my shoulder the past Thursday and Sunday.)2 -

The August 28th Einstein T-Shirt photo is becoming an annual tradition!
44 lbs gone between the first picture in 2016 and today. The T-shirt is actually a bit too big to be flattering anymore, but I was keeping to the theme! Wish I could find it in a smaller size...it was a limited edition thing...I digress...
Wishing I was at goal, but I had a long plateau and things are just starting to move again in the last few weeks. I'll get there when I get there. 20 or so lbs to my first long-term goal and then I'll reevaluate.
I feel so much better than I did when that first picture was taken. Onward!

I just saw this so I'm late but I started working out and running in first week of August joined MFP a few weeks ago... as of today

One idea; when you are at goal weight, get a really good photo of the Einstein image. Then take it to be “copied” onto a shirt that fits you like a glove

Great idea! I love the shirt...I just don't want it to fit anymore! I found one for sale on Etsy size L, but it is in Malaysia and it's nearly $100 USD with shipping! The one I have is XXL. Too rich for me...

My 5 days in Italy and I have put back everything I worked to lose in August. 😳Indulged in everything Italian.... to good to resist. Knew it would be bad but didn't realise 5 days could have such a big impact. Gelato, cocktails, wine, pasta, tiramisu! Not going to regret it however as I really needed a break since my mother died of cancer earlier in the year. It's been tough. September here we come.....! Look forward to the support and getting back on the treadmill ....7

8/30 - 183.6 - One day never tells the story of the weekly battle. That should PROBABLY be my weight loss mantra. Lol. I'm in it until the LAST DAY of August, not just the last Monday. After all, I live in this body. My "goal" weight did flash first on the scale this morning. Then the behind the scene reality of today. I'll see what shakes out tomorrow.5 -

22/08 - 140.2 ( 0.7 lbs up) - had guests and housework, plus went out for the weekend :-/ but august is not over yet!
31/08 - 139.1 - total loss for August 4.2 lbs, so, I guess its good, would be nice if i lost as much in September2 -

Please don't feel guilty for enjoying in life's pleasures! Imagine if you were in Italy and refused to enjoy yourself just so that you could lose a couple of pounds You'll get back on track in September!2
