    Success(es)/struggle(s) of the week: My trend was down all week ranging from 125.6 to 126.2 and today my official weigh in day I was up the same as last week. If I didn't keep track of my weight daily I would have been discouraged although I am not happy that I weigh more at the end of the month then what I was at the beginning so will be extra careful in the upcoming weeks. I will be headed back to school on Monday which will help keep me away from food although will need to change up my exercise routine no more early morning walks.

    Success(es)/struggle(s) of the week: I had one very low weigh-in day, but I think it might have been because I spent the whole day prior out in the sun and might have been a bit dehydrated. I banked a lot of calories for Friday and Saturday, when I ate out a lot, including several desserts. I managed okay, but it's interesting how eating the number of calories I was averaging while losing weight for a couple of days this week to compensate for this weekend's very high calories now feels like "too little" during maintenance, even though I ate fewer calories while losing weight and didn't usually feel like it was a deprivation.

    Success(es)/struggle(s) of the week: success: while on vacation I got up early every day to walk or run. That way I could not worry about the food I was eating. It’s back to school tomorrow so the routine will be good.

    August 26-Sep 1: 149.4 -- I am now over my maintenance range, so I have reset my goal back to losing 0.5 pounds a week until I'm back in or below the middle of my goal range.


    Success of the week:
    I stopped an upward trend that had gone on for a couple weeks and had gone outside my goal range by a couple pounds. I ended the month (not the week) with a monthly average weight just at the edge of goal range within the margin of error for my scale. Ended the week with a scale weight back within goal range.

    Struggle of the week:
    Ended the week with an average weight clearly above goal range. Ended the month with a monthly average weight a hair outside of my goal range. Not by much, though.
