    I've never done a challenge on here before but this seems like a great opportunity with one day left in August! I also just stared doing the Insanity workout videos so this should be interesting!

    STARTING WEIGHT AND DATE WITH MFP (MY FITNESS PAL): I started in December of 2014 (but I never was consistent until recently) at 175 lbs.

    CHALLENGE STARTING WEIGHT: I am currently at 151 lbs (8.29.18)

    We compete in a friendly weight loss competition - there are 5 teams of approximately 40 challengers per team.
