Successes: I'm doing strength workouts 3x a week and yoga 5-6 days a week plus a walk and/ or run 3-5 times a week 2-4 miles. I really feel the good kind of tired and sore.
Struggles: My husband is still recovering from surgery and I'm trying to keep up my regular schedule as well as taking care of him. Some days the emotional burden of seeing him in pain has been difficult. It gave me a heavy exhausted feeling.3 -

Successes: Determination to continue living a healthy lifestyle knowing that weight loss is a by-product of that lifestyle. I know that a change is on the scale horizon. My body being is very resistant in crossing over to the next decade. I may need to eat more on exercise days as my net calorie intake is too low.

Week’s challenges: I really need to get back to basics. Logging, exercising, less snacking. I had way too many snacks this week.

Total weight loss this challenge: Gained .4 lbs -- I'm disappointed to see this as I have NOT been eating the way I used to all the time. I seriously have been doing so much better and frankly don't understand it. The only thing that I can think of is not getting enough sleep. Other than that my body is being resistant. I feel like it is going to happen for me... if I just stick with my meal plans.
This week's successes: I dieted successfully 5 out of 7 days. i'm going for 100%, tho. I was unable to get to a class, but did Turbojam 1x & back exercises twice... Walked a lot & moved boxes from large mini storage to a smaller one. I got over 10,000 steps several days this week.
Huge success in that I was able to pass the fast food places & didn't stop for ice cream or donuts. Resisted!
This week's challenges: Getting to work early enough so that I could leave early enough to make it to a fitness classes. Getting more sleep.
