One last check-in to finish the month, and it's a milestone. Average for the last 7 days starts with a 1!!!!
I leave for vacation in a few hours...hoping not to gain. Going to visit my Mom. I will have access to a scale, so that will keep me accountable.
Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.
Lowest since 1999: 195.
Original starting weight: 243 in 2015.
MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233
Goal: 180 in however long it takes.

Okay enough is enough, weighed myself on the 7th and had gone up to 67.3kg, that's it I AM taking back control.

18th Aug: 63.6kg/139.92lb
25th Aug: 62.4kg/137.28lb
..1st Sept: 62.5kg/137.5lb
Overall Total loss for August: 2.5kg / 5.5lbs

August 18: 117.2, then went on a beach vacation
August 25: 118.2, then celebrated DH's and my birthdays
August 31: 117.2
Total loss for August: 1#. I'll take it.

My final weigh-in is September 15th...Not the kind of Summer workout regime that I wanted due to family interruptions, becoming a temporary guardian aka "insta-mom" to my 11 yr old niece, which resulted in a lot of stress, emotional eating/cravings...
Still fluctuating but not giving up. Now that I just paid my dues a a female (TOM), so now that's over with, I'm going to wait and let my body get "back to normal" and I may due an impromptu weigh-in within the next days...We'll see.
Never give up. Keep pushing!
